Renee was a delight to work with. She made sure my bar and makeup was perfect along with my bridal party. She made adjustments as needed and everything was perfect. Makeup and hair lasted all night - even when I was sweating at the reception.

Renee and her team were so on top of everything! From reaching out with reminders of what was needed from me, to providing me with a service schedule and guidance for me and my party ahead of the day, to being right on schedule (and even ahead of it!) on the actual day - they were wonderful! My mom even asked last minute if they could add in one additional hair service than what we had booked, and they were able to squeeze in the service without anything feeling rushed or running behind. The flexibility and professionalism they exhibited were great! Everything was wonderful on my end, and I only heard great things from my bridesmaids and family members who also got services - everyone felt beautiful! As an example of the quality of their products and application as well, we had a very unfortunate situation happen on our wedding day (we had to put our dog down via video call from hours away immediately after our ceremony), so we were obviously very emotional. Despite crying much more than we had during our usual happy tears at the ceremony and having to wipe my face with Kleenex in a not-so-pretty way, my makeup still looked great hours later until I took it off! I'd highly recommend Renee and her team to anyone looking for quality makeup on their wedding day that holds up to extreme situations and still manages to look natural and not overdone! I had a great experience working with Rachel, Leslie, and Joi from Elite Makeup and Hair for my wedding. I do not typically wear a lot of makeup, nor do much to style my hair, and Renee and our artists were so helpful and patient in helping me figure out a look that was both bridal and authentic to me. I made a lot of changes from the trial to the wedding day, and Rachel and Leslie listened, were flexible, offered their own ideas, and I was so happy with how everything turned out. Everyone else who received services looked beautiful too! Rachel, Leslie, and Joi were also lovely people, and helped my wedding morning feel relaxed and fun. I would definitely recommend them!

Elite Make-Up and Hair (formerly Renee Locher Makeup and Hair) was wonderful to work with for our wedding! I was drawn to them because they promoted elegant and timeless beauty looks and the galleries showed many natural looks, which is what I desired as I wear minimal makeup (eyeliner and mascara only when I do wear makeup) for events. Renee was always so quick to respond to any questions I had and she was so helpful during the consultation process. I decided to have a hair and makeup trial and was so glad I did. I did an online video call with Renee to go over what I wanted and she was able to relay that to the artists before the trial. The artists were able to match the pictures I had submitted for the looks I wanted very well. There were one or two things I did not like during the trial, but I was able to discuss that with them during the trial and they came up with an alternative option which I loved.

My hair and makeup the day of my wedding was exactly what I wanted and I have never felt more beautiful in my life! The artists also did a fantastic job with my bridesmaids and family members who also received hair services from Rebecca and makeup services from Mimi. They were all so pleased with how we looked and Rebecca and Mimi were a joy to interact with the day of the event. They made the morning fun and all of our hair and make-up stayed in place the entire day. If there is anything else that comes up in my life that I want to have professional beauty services done for, Elite will be my first choice after the wonderful experience I had with them. OMG loved working with them! Renee is amazing...so detailed in her communication and she really does a great job of understanding what you want on your wedding day. Kisha was our makeup artist and Rebecca was our hair stylist. In short, they are literally the best hair and makeup team I have ever experienced. And....they listen to what you want, offer suggestions and deliver. They did amazing work on everyone...literally everyone in my bridal party was so impressed at how good they looked! A few were a little skeptical because they did not have positive experiences in the past. One said...she looked like a clown the last time her makeup was done lol. But all the girls LOVED their hair and makeup. One said she will pay for them to travel to her in Florida. And...they are just lovely kind people. I will 100% give my recommendation for this team any day to any person!
