Elise's Pieces is hands down the best cakes I have ever had! When choosing a wedding cake vendor this was a no brainer after having it at another friends wedding. We had classic flavors, chocolate and strawberry and guests raved about both! Most saying the best cake they have tasted and wish they got more! I would 100% get a cake from her for any occasion!

Elise is truly the absolute best! I've been working with Elise for years now and she's made several cakes/desserts for events of mine over time. From the beginning, Elise has always been the sweetest and easiest to work with. She's become a true friendor over the years and I knew instantly who to call when it came to our wedding cake. I really can't put into words how stunning our cake came out and how delicious it was! We ended up going with 2 different flavors and both tasted amazing. We still have guests reaching out to comment on it and all of our other vendors were stunned to see how gorgeous it was. We truly can't say thank you to Elise enough for creating the cake of our dreams!

We loved our wedding cake so much. It was gorgeous and we at left overs for a week after our wedding. My favorite flavor was the guava cream cheese followed by the lemon. I got married outside of Orlando Florida, and was looking for not a "traditional" wedding cake, and that's where I found Elise!! Her cakes are beautiful and also taste AMAZING. And they came all the way from Tampa! she did such a beautiful job and everyone kept saying how beautiful the baby cakes were and so fun! I wanted romantic chic and she delivered. The only suggestion was I wish I could have had a final confirmation on what my final flavors were, I let her pick, but would have loved a photo of the final product or a quick visual just to see before the actual day, but I could have asked too, as the flowers were missing on my cake but that could have been the florist fault as well too :) Other than that I would hands down recommend her!!

I contacted Elise shortly after getting engaged to make sure I got on her busy calendar. I’m so glad I did! My guests are still talking about the cake and asking me if they can have any leftovers, seriously! Elise worked with me to make EXACTLY what I envisioned. But the cake wasn’t just beautiful, it’s the best cake I’ve ever had.... and I have a big sweet tooth! You and your guests will be so happy if you go with Elise. I can’t imagine ever having someone else do any event cake, cake pop, or cookies. She’s the best.

I have been using Elise's services for many years! From graduation cake, engagement cookies, my first niece's baby shower, to my wedding cake. The MOST BEAUTIFUL cakes I have ever seen and the MOST DELICIOUS cakes I have ever tasted!!! No matter what event I use her services for, there is not a crumb left and everyone comments on how gorgeous her creations are. Could not recommend her anymore!!!!
