We couldn’t be more grateful to Angie and Corin from Eleventh Hour Co for bringing our dream Miami wedding at Villa Woodbine to life. We hired them as day-of coordinators, but they quickly became so much more than that. They were our voices of reason, our biggest supporters, and even our therapists throughout the entire process. Their professionalism was clear from the start, and they navigated every detail with such skill and empathy.

Scott and I lived out of state and had never visited our venue in person before our tasting, so since this was a 'destination' wedding for us, details needed to be confirmed plenty of time in advance for us to feel at ease. They did just that. Angie and Corin came in fully prepared and acutely aware of every aspect of the space, from layout to logistics. And in the final weeks, anytime there was a bump in the road, they were right there, responding quickly over email, text, and calls, always ready with suggestions and solutions. Their day-of timeline was very impressive, and they included so many customizations that made it true to what we wanted the flow of our day to feel like -- something that we can't imagine being possible to replicate by an online timeline generator.

On our big day they delivered a FLAWLESS event, which let us relax and truly soak in every moment. Corin studied the video I took while I was at my last dress fitting and bustled my dress in record timing. Although I hired her as day of coordinator, Corin went above and beyond helping us months before the wedding; this fact is a testament to how much pride she takes in her work and how committed she is to making each event run flawlessly. She went to bat for us when we had issues with the venue and attended to all the last minute details leading up to the party. If I had to do it all over again, I would've hired her even sooner because her help was so invaluable to us and saved us so much heartache. Thank you Corin for making our day amazing!!!

Angie truly is an angel! Planning a wedding is way harder than people actually care to admit but having Angie help and guide me throughout the whole process really and truly made everything so much easier. Angie's experience, advice, and pure heart made working with her such a pleasure! Our wedding spanned 2 days as we had a Hindu ceremony one day followed by a more typical western style reception the next day - so A LOT of details to plan but her attention to detail and organization was out of this world! After months of talking through all the details of everything (and I really do mean everything - from the venue layout to communication with vendors to the day of coordination and so so much more) and then getting to see her put all of that into a concise and incredible timeline and checklist and outline with notes and share that across all of our vendors and family. It truly made the last month before the wedding a lot less worrisome and stress-free! It was like everything clicked into place and it all made sense without me feeling like there was ever something that we were overlooking or not thinking about. She constantly was thinking of every little detail! Angie was truly such a help in figuring out what would work, what wouldn't, and actually how we could make it work instead whenever we hit a snag in the road (because regardless those will happen but having her guide me through how to pivot was always so helpful and reassuring!) and handled it all with such grace and experience! She's the cheerleader, the negotiator, and expert you want beside you as you plan your wedding for sure! Having Angie as my wedding planner was one of the best choices I have ever made and I will forever be grateful to her for going above and beyond to help ensure our wedding was amazing!!

We got married in our own backyard in Hollywood FL, and Angeli Hughes of Eleventh Hour Co., our wedding coordinator, was an absolute blessing! We only had 3 months to plan everything and we didn’t have any clue where to begin. From the moment we met Angelie, everything fell into place. She reassured us that everything will be fine. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process. She doesn’t charge a very ridiculous price (like all the other coordinators) and she made us pay in tranches which helped a lot in the budgeting. She’s so organized that even our other wedding vendors (florist & DJ) complimented her organizational skills because she coordinated with them clearly. They said they wish all wedding coordinators were as organized and detailed as her because it makes their job so much easier. She uses this personalized Digital Wedding Portfolio where she and the couple can plug in details and updates about the wedding planning and it was very useful and helpful.

On the wedding day, she personally placed the wedding favors on each chair for the ceremony. For the reception, she did the table set up- flowers and candles placement & table napkin w/ our personal thank you cards. She did it exactly the same as the photo inspiration I sent her. She also set up the place cards table and she’s been coordinating closely with the catering company, the DJ, the photographer/videographer the whole time. On the big day, Angelie kept everything on track, and managed to make it all look so easy. She didn’t have any assistants yet she was still able to make everything flow smoothly. She checked on us (bride & groom) during dinner, making sure we always had a drink and she even gave us a small usb fan because it was a bit hot that day. She collected all the wedding gifts and cards and turned them over in a very organized way. Our guests gave the greatest feedback ever on the wedding, on every detail.

Angie was part of our Day of Wedding team and I truly wish we had hired her for her full services. Angie was organized and talented in SO many ways. She helped from getting me dressed (bustling and bust taping), making sure my bridesmaids had what they needed and overall just had the answers to everything that made me calm. She also came with a "Mary Poppins" chest full of everything from Advil to Tums to moleskin to bandaids to bobby pins so everyone was covered. PLUS Angie speaks Spanish so she was able to communicate with anyone we may have had trouble doing so. I can't say enough good things - hire her!!

Angeli came so highly recommended. She did not disappoint. Just one conversation with her and my fiancé (now husband lol) she designed a beautiful outline of our vision. I was on a tight budget and did several diy projects to celebrate the big day. All I know is that a few hiccups will happen on your wedding day but Angeli got it covered. From setup to breakdown, arranging the walk through to checking on us, I felt so thankful having her in my corner. You will never regret it.
