Audrey was amazing from start to finish with planning our wedding day. She came by recommendation from a coworker, and we are very happy with our decision. From frequent video calls to text messages- Audrey was here to help. She is also extremely knowledgeable and was helpful with coordinating vendor timelines. We appreciated that each decision made was exactly how we wanted it. Additionally, we had a second assistant- Neek. She was excellent and attentive to our miscellaneous needs. We hired Audrey from Elevated Events to be our wedding coordinator. Her and her team went above and beyond in their roll. She made sure all the vendors were prepared for the day, got into contact with all of them, and was communicating with us the entire time during planning. Not once did we feel stressed about our big day. She was even there to help for rehearsal! On wedding day, she came to our ceremony venue early to make sure everything was running smoothly, dresses were being steamed, and the boys were where they needed to be before going to the reception venue to set up. Once we arrived at the reception venue, she was waiting for us making sure we had time to soak in all in. We got time before making our grand entrance to enjoy a cocktail and some food. She even helped me with my dress change. Anytime we felt overwhelmed during the reception, she was there to make sure we had a few minutes and a full cocktail to regroup and relax before going back in. I would recommend Audrey and her team to every bride!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!

Audrey from Elevated Events of GA was my son and DIL’s chosen wedding planner who worked as hard for me as she did for them. The wedding weekend was truly more beautiful, fun and smoothly executed than it would surely have been without her. She recommended TopGolf for our rehearsal event (after I requested something fun and casual), came up with adorable and creative decor that supported the golf theme as well as the invitations. She also came up with cute and delicious items for the Welcome Boxes I wanted to distribute to our 50 out of town guests in a GA theme as well as assembled the boxes and got them to the hotels for distribution. She was at the rehearsal event as well as (obviously) the wedding from start to finish to ensure every detail was perfect. She ran the rehearsal (like herding cats with our families and friends!). She recommended great vendors (and not the most expensive ones - the best ones but always honoring our budget). And, in my opinion, the best part was she answered every text, email and phone call quickly and was always kind, caring, professional with a big dash of southern charm. She is so, so friendly but does her job and was laser focused on ensuring my son and DIL’s day was special, worry-free and gorgeous! I was just so pleased with Audrey throughout the entire process. You absolutely can do no better.

She is extremely organized, an excellent listener and a born problem solver. For example, if run into an issue, she will quickly help you explore new options and decide on a new solution. Audrey was present, proactive, and professional every step of the way. Even though we hired her as a day of coordinator, she helped us so much in the planning as well. She went above and beyond what was expected, and did it all with such kindness and intentionality. We consistently said she was a God-send because of how much she helped us. I feel as though we can call her friend. For every step and check-in point Audrey was communicative as well as highly accessible for any question or concern. The day of, she made my husband and I feel like we could actually relax and take the day in. She was there to support and encourage us, and when the schedule changed because of delays, she worked with the vendors to give my husband and I time alone to pray and regroup.
