These guys were a delight to work with from start to finish! Ted (owner) was responsive, flexible and reliable. He was able to accommodate changes right up to the week of the event without a hitch. His setup team arrived on time and were pro's. The tent and equipment were exactly as described - no surprises of any kind. Our daughter's wedding went perfectly, and these guys played a part.

I contacted Todd by email about a year and a half before our wedding to inquire about ceremony chairs. He was very responsive and was able to give me a quote right away even though I did not have a solid guest count yet. Eventally my husband and I ended up postponing our wedding due to COVID19 and he was more than happy to move our order date with no issues. Eventually we canceled our wedding all together and although he could not provide us a refund on our deposit, he was willing to let us use our deposit for a rental order at a later date. Since we plan on doing a much smaller wedding anniversay cookout next year, this will work out perfectly! Todd has been nothing but professional during our long-time planning and we highly recommend Elegant Settings for anyone looking for event rentals!

Ted from elegant was our main person of contact and he was Fantastic!! We had a tent wedding in Vermont at a private residence so we had to rent everything!!! He was super helpful in guiding us on our rentals list and walking me through every step along the way. He was very quick to respond to emails and calls, and if he received an email that needed clarification he would call as soon as he received it. He Even helped me find another rental company when we last minute needed a larger table and linens and picked those up for delivery with the rest of the equipment he was dropping off. The night before the wedding we found a rack of dirty dishes, the very next morning Ted was our first thing with an entire new set of dishes and glassware, we had plenty of extra dishes, but he wanted to make sure that this did not negatively impact our day and replaced a majority of dishes and glassware. The day of delivery crew were very nice and helpful and on the day of pickup they arrived hours earlier than they were supposed to.... instead of waiting in their trucks they assisted us with clean up and breakdown! I can’t believe how helpful that was.

Thanks Ted for your flexibility and help with planning for the reception- everything looked beautiful and we had no last minute problems thanks to your help in planning and working with our other vendors. The tent looked beautiful!

Ted is so wonderful and Elegant Settings made planning a DIY wedding as easy as it gets. I am an event planner by trade so I took planning our wedding very seriously and was never short on questions to be asked or detailed spreadsheets to be followed but I was still overwhelmed by the magnitude of items that needed to be ordered and accounted for when doing a DIY wedding for 200+ people in a venue with no amenities and Ted was there for me every step of the way! We went to meet with him at his office which is in my husband’s hometown about 1.5 years ahead of time and he was very patient with us up until the day of the wedding and helped guide everything that we needed! He was in continual communication with our cater and wedding planner helping to adjust the order as needed for their requirements and the every changing weather in the mountain region! Ted is organized and an overall pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Elegant Settings!! 5 stars.

When it came down to the wire, I was so stressed from juggling wedding details along with several things in my personal life! I got behind in responding to vendors, but Ted never indicated that he was frustrated aside from a gentle nudge to remind me that he needed the details as soon as possible in order to make our plans happen. He was always extremely prompt in responding, and we encountered zero issues with paying deposits or balances. All items were there as promised before we even arrived at the venue. The process was by far the easiest we encountered in our planning, and it helped immensely to relieve the stress!

Ted was incredibly helpful throughout the planning of the whole wedding weekend, making recommendations, changing our orders as needed and being patient with first-time planners.
