We worked with Karla at Elegant since they were the exclusive vendor through our wedding venue South End Raquet Club in Torrance. We booked them pre-pandemic and worked with them through our multiple postponements. They were flexible and understanding each time we had to postpone.

Because we weren't flower people, our vision for the centerpiece and room decorations wasn't the typical affair. We brainstormed with Karla and provided her a few ideas through Pinterest and what we had in mind, and she was able to execute our vision with a perfect unique candle and greenery oriented centerpiece and decorations for the reception room. The venue had an oddly placed doorway located by the dancefloor, and per our request she was able to conjure up an amazing looking backdrop to where you wouldn't even know it was there. The uplighting they set up was also amazing looking and complemented the existing color controlled ceiling lights.

The catering was delicious and the servings are huge! All of the appetizers were delicious, but the bruschetta and cheeseburger sliders were our favorites (coconut shrimp, bruschetta, cheeseburger sliders and mini quesadillas). We added two additional appetizers on top of the two appetizers the package came with so our guests could have more variety. For the entrees, we selected the steak, which was cooked perfectly to medium and parmesan crusted chicken that took up half the plate. For the sides, they were able to provide our request for roasted vegetables to pair with the rice pilaf. Safe to say all of our guests left full and happy. Karla and her team worked efficiently to serve all of our 170+ guests in a timely manner. They are reasonably priced and the service is exceptional.

Carlos, his wife Rosa and their team are amazing. They took a seemingly overwhelming task of a wedding and made it easy. When speaking with him you can hear the years of experience in the industry. He made great requests for other venders and even helped us find our reception location.

They met with us several times leading up to the event and answered every question that we could come up with. Rosa was able to take the almost random thoughts from my fiancé and create the beautiful arrangements and decor. Carlos was able to create a menu to combine our Mexican, Cuban and Irish cultures in such a way that it worked well together and was absolutely delicious.

They took care of everything they promised and met every one of our requests. Everything was taken care of on time and without issue. The church and reception hall were beautifully decorated exactly as my bride had envisioned. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. The food and service were perfect and everyone had a great time.

We couldn't be more grateful for everything they did for us! I highly recommend that anyone planning their wedding go through them.

A one stop shop for Elegance -- Carlos, Rosa and crew made everything so simple and so elegant! The food was delicious, the set up and decor amazing, the flowers perfection. Carlos was amazing! He made us feel that our wedding reception was in great hands. The dinner was very tasty and many of our guests still talk about it. He gave us exactly what we agreed on and had no unexpected surprises. The presentation and decoration of the entire venue was breath taking. I can with all honesty say that everything turned out just how I imagined it. Thank you Carlos!!!

Top notch in every aspect! We had our annual awards banquet and it was amazing from start to finish thanks to Carlos and his staff. Classy, friendly and flexible are the three words that come to mind about Carlos. Every detail was covered and the room, the food and the audio/visual services were perfect. We look forward to working with Carlos and his company for years to come and if I ever need a caterer for my own personal events I will most definitely be calling him for that as well.

Carlos and his team were absolutely amazing from the very first meeting to the end of our wedding reception. When we started talking about food he asked "well, what would you two want." I expected him to have a set menu (which he does have but he also asks if we had anything in mind) and list of decorations but if you have an idea and tell him he will make it happen. He had many great ideas and brought in an item that I really wanted to fit with the theme of my wedding . I would hire him again in a heart beat and probably will never go to another company again for my event needs.

Excellent service! Every single person servicing this event was very attentive to our needs. Loved that the ceremony can be held at the same location, this definetely helped. We loved the location, decorations and attentivenes of their staff.

My husband and I spent many months plaining for our two daughters Sweet sixteen that we recentely celebrated Aug.17th, 2012 , We dreamt up a Candy Themed party that turned out to be more than what we could even imagine ...Thanks to Carlos and his staff !
