Facilities and Capacity
The newest event space at Eldorado Hotel & Spa is the La Capilla de Oro, the wedding chapel. The non-denominational chapel features a simplistic, modern design, with porcelain flooring, white Kartell chairs, and a hand-carved, gilded altar. Connected to the chapel is a get-ready room, where the wedding party can convene prior to a ceremony for up to 150 wedding guests. After the ceremony, guests can retire to a cocktail hour on the Presidential Patio, a penthouse patio adjoining the Presidential Suite. The patio has a 360-degree view of downtown Santa Fe, the mountains, and the sunset horizon. Up to 375 guests can be seated in the Anasazi Ballroom for a banquet, and 550 for a wedding reception. With approximately 4,500 square feet of space, the ballroom can also be divided into two rooms, with one featuring a wood-burning fireplace. The largest event space is the Eldorado Grand Ballroom, a 7,000-square-foot ballroom that can host 700 for a reception or 580 for a banquet. The 15-foot ceiling is beamed and coffered, with traditional wainscoting and custom lighting fixtures, as well as LEDs implemented into the ceiling lighting. The Zia Ballroom is a more private area, with 2,200 square feet of space that can be divided into three different rooms. The last area is the Concourse, a grand hallway that extends from the spa to the Anasazi Ballroom, with room for up to 300 guests.
