Santa Ana did the most amazing gorgeous dream wedding!!!! The staff was wonderful, we worked with Jarren was who worked with us and we can't say enough of how amazing he was especially cause we planned our wedding all via phone calls and video calls from 2,000 miles away and he got every color and design exactly how we envisioned it. Definitely worth every cent we spend!!!!!

We had a great time. The service was top notch, everything was well organized and on time. We couldn’t have asked for more. The team members were excellent.

Santa Ana Casino truly acted as a one-stop shop and never nickel-and-dimed us. Jarren, our wedding planner, was fantastic—he provided a clear quote during our visit, and the pricing included everything we needed. They even offered extra services at no additional cost, such as a photo backdrop, cake cutting, and bar service. It was a relief having them handle the small details so we could focus on enjoying our day and feel less stressed during the planning process. They also had a great selection of colors and décor for napkins, centerpieces, flowers, the arch, the sweetheart table, and the backdrop.

We booked the presidential suite for the night before the wedding, and the night of was included. Having the suite early made it much easier to bring in our things ahead of time. The bride and bridal party also used the room to get ready, and it comfortably fit nine people along with the hair and makeup artist and photographer. The natural light in the room was perfect for photos. The night-before stay wasn’t included, but it was discounted, which we really appreciated.

We received many compliments on the food, and we personally enjoyed our buffet with sliced beef tenderloin and enchiladas. (We had previously attended another event at Santa Ana where the chicken and steak with chimichurri were a bit dry, but our wedding dinner was excellent.)

Our ceremony and reception were both indoors, but the staff shuttled us outside afterward to take photos in their beautiful outdoor area. The decorations exceeded our expectations and looked even nicer than what we felt we had paid for. The reception space accommodated our 85 guests comfortably, and the dance floor was quite large—almost bigger than we needed, but still great to have.

Overall, we were extremely happy with our decision to choose Santa Ana Casino. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was incredible, and we felt we received outstanding value for what we paid. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress-free experience with exceptional service. Such a classy beautiful venue!

Our Experience at Santa Ana Casino was incredible! From the start, Jarren and the entire team made everything so easy and stress-free. They handled setup, takedown, and every detail with professionalism and kindness, allowing us to truly enjoy our day. The value of what we received was unbeatable - everything was included, from catering to coordination, and food was amazing. They worked within our budget while still delivering first-class service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel special, and our guest couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team!

This venu is absolute gold! We worked with Jarren and he is an absolute gem! Everything from beginning to end was so easy and their packages are such great value! Leading up to the day they helped us make decisions and make sure everything was in order to make for a beautiful day. Not to mention the food was amazing. Day of was sooo smooth and stress free. They made sure everything was beautiful and super flexible if things came up. I cannot thank Jarren and his team enough. They love what they do and it really shows! I will recommend this place to any future couple.

Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel was the perfect venue for our beautiful wedding reception. From the time we met our events planner to the end of our stay, every detail was wonderful. There was dedicated staff who treated us like royalty as the happy married couple and the rest of the staff treated the rest of the guests like family. Let's talk about food! wow! The three options we had were delicious and our friends and family were very impressed and still talk about the delicious food. We didn't stop at the buffet dinner; we also treated our guests with a late-night snack that once again fed a hungry crowd and wow'd our taste buds. Staff were completely attentive to our needs and we had an amazing evening celebration. But it didn't end there, once we arrived to our honeymoon suite, we were showered with many surprises and a beautiful and restful room. The only issue that we encountered was a certain person at the reservation desk was not very friendly to our friends and family trying to make reservations under our block. They were rude and disrespectful to some of our family but once we reported this to our events manager, she took care of it quickly. I went on to also book events with my company business and have been equally proud to have it at Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel.

We absolutely loved holding our wedding reception at the Santa Ana. The venue is well equipped with so many things that you can really customize their space really well. Also, they include so much in their packages that you can add and customize without adding more to the total cost. Lastly, working with everyone, especially Heather, was such a delight. Heather is incredibly talented at what the does. She is responsive, kind, patient, and highly organized. We absolutely recommend this venue.

Santa Ana was truly a godsend – we originally were booked at a venue about 15 minutes east of Santa Ana but had booked a room block here for our guests. Jarren worked with me over the course of nearly a year to confirm the room block and coordinate a shuttle between the original venue and Santa Ana. When things fell through at our original venue, we looked to Santa Ana and thankfully they had our original date available. Jarren helped me get in touch with Heather, their wedding coordinator, who quickly started planning and working with us to confirm details. Their process was extremely straightforward and easy: the tasting was very nice, and the banquet staff were great and very polite. We used their booklet to decide on napkin color, set up, extras, and other décor. I was so grateful to have Santa Ana staff available to do everything for us – they set everything up, made sure things ran smoothly with the ceremony, and were very attentive to the details we requested of them. They allowed us to put a personal touch on a lot of the elements of the wedding and I can’t say enough good things about the view!!! When there was a mix up with the rooms, Heather helped make it right and she was so helpful in answering my constant questions and she never seemed to get annoyed with helping us! In addition, when our cake never showed up, I believe the hotel staff scrambled to make us a nice chocolate cake in its place, which was extremely appreciated, so that our guests had some dessert to eat. The bar and banquet staff were also amazing, so kind and everyone made us feel like we were the most important thing on our wedding day. They even left us a complimentary gift in the room on the night of the wedding which was so unexpected but absolutely appreciated!!! Would recommend Santa Ana for anyone looking to get married in New Mexico!

If I could give this venue more than five stars, I would.

We decided to change our wedding to November 2023 in May 2023. I was stressed out trying to find a venue and to our benefit the date we wanted was available at Santa Ana due to a last minute cancelation. I truly believe it was meant to be because we received the best hospitality. Heather Licata and Jarren Jackson were amazing from the start. In comparison to other venues around us, they offered the best packages with the best prices. The planning of everything was very smooth thanks to Heather and Jarren. They were easy to communicate with and very quick to respond.

Wedding day was stress free when it came to the venue because everything was handled by the Santa Ana staff. The food and service was amazing. We were taken care of all night by the staff. We received several compliments from our guests on how well managed everything was.

Overall I could not recommend this place more! If this venue is one of your options, look no further because they will go above and beyond your expectations.

Heather and Jarren were absolutely wonderful to work with! Their experience is evident in the way they were able to handle every question and concern I threw their way! They took care of EVERYTHING, I was able to just relax and enjoy the day.
