Eileen Liu was the most warm, artistic, and professional photographer that we could've asked for. Her mastery over illustrative photography beautifully captured both candid moments and traditional shots of our engagement and wedding sessions.
Package: Eileen offers several packages and we picked up the one that included a 2nd photographer, 8 hours of coverage, and an engagement session. We received all the high resolution images on a USB drive and she also sent a preview of the pictures online via Dropbox/online cloud. Eileen was very flexible to work with our budget and customize the package to fit our need.
Photos: Eileen uses a lot of natural lighting in her shots, which really bring out the beauty of our outdoor wedding venue. The color of the photos tend to be clean and muted. We got both colored and black/white photos. We posed for a lot of the more traditional "wedding portrait" style photos but there were just as many candid shots that really captured the magic of our wedding.
When we reviewed the photos, we realized she also captured some of the decorations/set up that we didn't even get to enjoy. All in all, we received hundreds of photos and each photo was carefully edited and chosen. In fact, we requested for a color version of a specific photo from her after we received the final package, in which she responded professionally that she felt the photo would not match her brand. This is what we expected from a professional photographer who loves her work and present each photo with utmost perfection.
