My husband and I interviewed several wedding planners in the So Cal region and Jacqueline stood out from the crowd— she is easy to approach and talk to, kind, patient, and professional. I knew I had to have her as my wedding planner after that first meeting!

We planned our wedding with Jacqueline over the course of a year and a half and she was an integral part of each decision that was made. She scheduled venue visits, referred us to the best vendors in the region, helped us review contracts, created a budgeting plan, created a design based off of our inspiration photos, and so much more. When I requested different vendor options, she gave me a carefully curated list of options in different budget categories. She was even able to coordinate a cake tasting within a week’s notice when my husband and I were in town for the dinner tasting (we both live outside of California).
It’s also of note that my husband and I live out of state and both have rigid work schedules; despite these challenges, Jacqueline was always easy to communicate and schedule meetings with.

Now for the wedding weekend itself— Jacqueline took care of each mishap with grace and created a seamless wedding weekend timeline (not a small feat considering our wedding party was 25+ people and just our rehearsal dinner was 70 people). Every small detail such as setting up early check in for the bridal suite and coordinating ice cream pick up Jacqueline and her team executed perfectly. Even as a type-A bride, I felt at ease and incredibly calm throughout the weekend because I knew she was going to take care of us. In regards to design, both the rehearsal dinner and wedding reflected our style perfectly; She brought to life the vision I had, even better than the inspiration photos I had shared with her. Numerous guests told us during and after the wedding that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended. It was each of the thoughtful details Jacquline suggested that made the weekend feel like magic. I could not recommend Jacqueline more as she is the best decision I made for my wedding.

Our journey began 2 years ago. We are from Miami but wanted to have a destination wedding in Malibu. My daughter (the bride) found Jacqueline on Instagram, they face-timed and fell in love. There began our 2 year journey. Plans were made, dates were set, travel was had, tastings were eaten and champagne was toasted.. We were 6 weeks from the big day and COVID came knocking!!! After a major breakdown, we decided to cancel. Jacqueline had been paid in full and she did her job with grace, professionalism and kindness. She was always available and reassuring and ALWAYS calmed us down! Detail oriented, creative and even read our contracts! Always with our budget in mind. We rescheduled for a year down the road and hoped and prayed that things would be better. Jacquline explained that though she was paid in full, she still wanted to be there and help us with every detail, even though we rescheduled in Miami! Fast forward, COVID is still with us, our list went from 180 to 80 and Jacqueline handled every single detail from her home in California. She was so amazing and I came to lean on her for everything. Now she was planning the destination wedding instead of us! Well, as luck would have it, or just bad timing, Jacqueline was unable to come to Miami and outsourced to a local wedding planner. But she STILL stayed with us the whole time. Last night was our kids dream wedding. I can honestly say that without Jacqueline this never would have been such a huge success. It was truly a dream come true. She took no additional money from us. She is such a FANTASTIC WEDDING PLANNER, I can not imagine anyone not hiring her. Honestly don't know where to begin or how to put into words how much Jacqueline did for our wedding. From her incredible organization and consistent communication to her creativity and professional vendor relationships, she took our general ideas of what we wanted from our wedding and truly elevated them into an unforgettable experience that our guests are still raving about.
