Chef Matt (and Chris and Jaime) did an excellent job with my food! Everything was delicious, and my guests enjoyed the variety he provided. He was professional and had many great suggestions when it came to food selection and the layout of my buffet tables. I highly recommend Eddie's for catering; they work with you to get you the menu you want (it doesn't have to be bar food... mine wasn't!)!
