From the moment I spoke to Shiho and George, I had a great feeling about their personalities and especially after reviewing their portfolio, I told my husband I wanted to get them for our wedding! The process of booking them was really easy - both Shiho and George was friendly and very responsive on our email and phone conversations. My husband and I met with George at the Wedding Cafe two months before our wedding and talked about what we wanted for our wedding day.

George is very professional and has been in the business for many years, which started out as a hobby for him. On our wedding day, George introduced us to his assistant, Morgan, who was also a photographer and was very helpful throughout the busy day! George was really easy to work with, VERY patient, very accommodating in regards to our wedding program and gave great instructions for our photos. It really made us feel less awkward doing the poses and we had a lot of fun taking the pictures, even in the humid weather!

We had a last minute cancellation in our photo location and George suggested taking photos at Nu’uanu Valley Park, which turned out to be a stunning location for our wedding pictures. The weather holded up too, and only drizzled right when we’re about to finish (so lucky!). At the wedding venue, George also suggested we took a couple pictures around the location. Those pictures looked so breathtaking, with the lush greeneries and mountains as our background! It looked so unreal and postcard perfect. I personally LOVE the editing, it made my photos looked more whimsical, magical and timeless! George delivered high-quality, beautiful pictures that captures our genuine, raw emotions of that day. My husband and I are so thankful we got Eclat for our wedding photography, we had such an amazing experience and highly recommend their photography services.

His photography styles range from soft to dynamic and he works well in any conditions and situations. He moves quickly so he didn't miss anything during my wedding and reception. He is very creative and has fantastic composition. He took photos of the Waianae valley behind us and it made the whole scene look magical! He is very patient and a lot of fun to have around. George is a true artist and the very definition of professional. We were lucky that he was available for our wedding, which was actually on a very popular date, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. George and his second photographer, Kayoko, had their ideas, which came out excellent, but they also listened to us, so that was great that they could bring our own visions to life. They were full of energy and original ideas, so we never got tired of taking the same pose. Plus, we received our photos back in a reasonable amount of time, which we appreciate because our family and friends were requesting to see them. All in all, I highly recommend Eclat Photography to any couple.

We first met George at the Bridal Expo. If youve ever been to a Bridal Expo, you can understand how many choices you have for everything from decor and flowers to food and photography. We kind of had an idea of how we wanted our pictures, more artistic and not so boring. Georges photos were so amagzing and he was polite, even right from the start. His communication was always in a timely manner and he was always on time for meetings. I was lucky enough not to know what kind of pictures I wanted but George and his team got those shots anyways. (favors, chairs, desserts) My husband got several great shots with this groomsmen, many of them getting ready, one with them jumping in the middle of the street, one of them posing in the stairway, and one of them just walking down the busy street. More shots like that with my bridesmaids would have been great. After the wedding, it took a few weeks for our pictures to post but most of them were amazing and it takes a little longer to get the actual album but the wait is totally worth it!
