Wow, where do I even begin!? I cannot say enough good things about Marion and her team (Liz and Danielle). From the very beginning Marion made me feel so much more at ease about the entire wedding planning process. She is also extremely kind, patient and understanding making the whole planning process such a breeze. Marion is very organized and helped me lock down all of my vendors and kept me on track with follow ups, payment due dates, decor ideas etc. It was so nice to always have someone to bounce off ideas and remind me about the small details that I would have otherwise not even thought of. None of this even includes the actual wedding day which flew by without even a small hiccup. Marion, Liz and Danielle worked behind the scenes to set up everything as planned, organize the family, keep the bridal parties on track and make sure the ceremony/cocktail hour and reception went according to plan. After my wedding I had multiple family members and friends comment on how smoothly the wedding day went and how it was all so seamless. If you are engaged and looking for a planner, do yourself a favor and have Marion help you. You will absolutely not regret it!

I'd like to start by describing Marion in one word - AMAZING. Marion went above and beyond planning our wedding and we are thrilled that we chose Eau Events! From the moment we booked Marion as our full-service wedding planner, she was ON IT! This included: assisting in our venue and vendor searches, scheduling appointments, managing our contracts, creating our timeline, coordinating day of etc. We were most impressed by Marion’s constant communication with us. She never missed a scheduled phone call, returned missed calls in a timely manner, and thoughtfully considered any and all of our ideas. She was an extremely dependable resource throughout the entire process. We loved that she asked questions to assist in capturing our vision and helped guide us when making difficult decisions, while keeping our budget in mind. Marion organized any inspiration photo, contract, and/or email so that I could access any information I needed instantaneously.

In addition to Marion’s skills, we could feel her love and passion for her profession throughout our time together. She is kind, patient, and a wonderful person all around. We appreciated that she took the time to get to know us on a deeper level to understand our vision.
After a year of planning, our day was picture-perfect. The day was seamless and absolutely stunning thanks to Marion and her team, Sam and Liz. Sam was with our bridal party the entire day and helped us in any way she could, which included constantly adjusting my dress and positioning my veil. Marion, Sam and Liz were so organized and noticed everything- not a single component of our wedding was overlooked. With Eau Events, you will not have to worry about anything behind the scenes. This team was highly efficient, empathetic and most importantly cool, calm and collected. Having Marion and her team allowed us to feel present and enjoy every second of our special day. Marion was an incredible wedding planner. She essentially planned two separate weddings for us given we had to completely change venues and locations due to the pandemic. Marion was very empathetic to our situation and helped us negotiate out of the contracts we had to cancel (very successfully) and how to caution for new contracts given we were still in the pandemic. It’s unexpected situations like this that made us very grateful to have Marion. She’s very well educated on all matters of the wedding process both logistically and design wise. Our wedding day was spectacular and Marion helped solve problems we didn’t even know we had that day, and it really allowed us to have a no stress/amazing experience. Can’t recommend her enough!

Many brides come to a point of debate as to whether or not they want to invest in a planner. I honestly don’t think I could have planned my wedding without Marion. She took care of all the details - big or small - and has a great eye for style and recommendations that helped pull the event together. I had to completely replan my wedding due to COVID and went from a private venue to an at-home wedding that required outsourcing for all details - and was in way over my head. Marion was very involved and helped make the process seamless from helping to break out of contracts, negotiating new one, keeping in mind space measurements, cost, design detail, timelines, you name it - she was on it and always asked the right questions and knew what I needed to think about and look out for. I found out after the wedding that there was some issues with the vendors and I would have never known as Marion took care of everything. Every bride gets overwhelmed near the wedding and she knew when she needed to nail me down for details and when to give space and reconvene. I can not recommend Marion enough. She is everything you need in a planner!
