Our rehearsal dinner was in Camarillo. I checked with 5 different rental vendors for the items we needed and not only was E-Rentals the only vendor to offer all the items we needed (heaters, round tables for 8, cocktail tables, high quality chairs) they also had the best pricing by far. Delivery/pickup was on time, polite and efficient. I recommend you check with E-Rentals for your next event!

I had excellent experience from start to finish in dealing with E-Rentals. I was given helpful input to all my questions which was great. They were helpful in making changes as my # of guests changed and pick-up/delivery was perfect. Will be happy to recommend.

We loved working with E-Rental Events because they made everything SO easy. Not to mention, their prices are great for the area (SB area can get expensive!) and their products are as good as any. We made a few changes along the way and they couldn't have been nicer! Plus everything (contract, billing, etc) is done electronically so it's a breeze! One thing off a full plate when it comes to event planning. Highly recommend!

My wife and I got married in Santa Barbara this August, it was a small wedding with a little over 30 guests. As such, we didn't hire a wedding planner, and so when we booked with E-Rentals it was very minimal communication. Lucky for us, they are pros who were able to navigate our very minimal instructions! They set-up in less than 5 minutes, and at the end of the wedding we didn't even notice them come and pick-up the chairs, they were so quick and efficient!!

I discovered E-Rentals randomly searching for rental companies around the Santa Barbara area via Yelp and other online portals. Many of the other vendors were either too neglectful in communication, too expensive or unaccommodating for a Santa Barbara wedding (most companies commute from LA). Erik is the customer service rep I worked with and not only was he extremely easy to work with but he truly has the best interest of his clients. Super accommodating, he showed us real life pictures of their inventory, built us a life-size marquee letter modeled after examples that I showed him and called us up to show us new items were available in their inventory. The delivery for the day of our event was smooth sailing as well as the pick up schedule the next day and I received nothing but compliments from our venue/coordinator in the teams level of professionalism. Their inventory was also in perfect condition and additionally they have really great prices.
I highly recommend E-Rentals. They were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again for future events.

This was a vendor for my client who held her wedding at our venue. The material and equipment were beautiful. The company was to pick up all their supplies the following morning between 6a-7a, as specified by our venue and they were here at 5:45a waiting for us. They were kind, quick and professional. I would recommend using them.

We had a wonderful experience working with E-Rentals for our wedding on 10/7/17. We had talked to many rental companies and 99% of them were either rude, outrageously expensive, or were too "busy" to care if they get your business or not. This wasn't the case with E-Rentals. Erik was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had. We felt that he cared about making this process as smooth as possible for us, which really helped in making us feel we were in good hands.

The only bump we ran into: the chairs we had initially ordered got stolen from their warehouse months before our wedding. We didn't find this out until a couple of days before our wedding, which unfortunately caused some distress on our end. Given how great communications had been with Erik, I was a bit shocked. I wished we were notified of this as soon as it happened; it would've been one less thing to be stressed about before the wedding. However, Erik worked with us to figured out a solution that were we were both happy with. We were able to resolve this within an afternoon.

Everything was pretty much smooth sailing after that. Delivery was set for the day before the event; Erik and his team arrived promptly and everything was setup just as we had discussed. They arrived promptly after our event for pickup.

I do recommend E-Rentals. Our experience with them has been 90% positive. Their pricing is affordable and reasonable. And their customer service is great. I wish them the best :)

Rental item options, quality of items, price effectiveness and service. In all four of these areas Erentals Eventos surpassed our expectations, which due to it being our wedding were very high standards.

I'll focus on two of the main factors: Price and service.

Price wise, you won't find a rental company in Ventura/Santa Barbara county more affordable. We shopped around (I believe we received about 6 or 7 quotes) and they had the best pricing. To be clear affordability does not mean quality is sacrificed as the rental item are of the same quality as much more expensive rental companies. For our wedding, 155 guests at Casa de la Guerra in downtown Santa Barbara, we ended up renting tables, chairs, linens, champagne flutes, bar tables, bar, 2 bartenders, delivery to SB, pick up, and setup.

In terms of service, we had an amazing experience. Erik at Erentals Eventos was a total professional who was there for the 1,001 questions we had. I really appreciated the suggestions and help since there were not salesly at all. They did a great job in letting know all the options and made suggestions based on their professional experience.

I'd also consider delivery,setup,pickup, and bartenders as a service and in this regard Erentals Eventos was also exceptional. The delivery crew was not only punctual (actually a bit early which was great) but they were done very quickly even though there was a ton of items to setup. Pickup was also done very quickly and they were also punctual. In addition we had bartenders through Erentals Eventos and they did a great job. Our guests really enjoyed their cocktails (we had 4 signature drinks).

Overall this company was amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone & everyone. Wedding rentals are a HUGE deal and so many things can go wrong, but if you go with Erentals Eventos you wont have to worry about anything while also not over paying.

Erentals Eventos provided exactly what we needed at our wedding in Carpinteria. They provided quality rentals at a great price. Erik was super helpful in all of our needs and helping us coordinate everything. He always made accommodations when we needed to meet with him last minute. They showed up promptly at our venue in order to set things up as well as take things down. I'm glad we found this small business and would definitely recommend them.
