Deshawn is the founder of Dreams Ignite. He began this journey in 2013 assisting other planners and decided to branch out his own. He is so passionate about the wedding business that on his free time when he is not meeting with vendors or having an event to plan he educate himself more on weddings. He dreams of becoming a master of this art. Deshawn talent is to put all the pieces together and planned out from A-Z.

Jasmine is a super power all by herself!!! She is a master designer and once she gets started there is no stopping her! She is the power house that keeps the ball rolling. On your special day you will see her move like the flash and blow your mind! If you don't know exactly what design you want she will already have ideas based off details you tell her. She is there from start to finish to make sure your day goes smoothly.

Shaneilia is also a super power. She can adapt to any situation and make sure everything operates better than ever expected. She is the backbone of the team and a amazing Director before, during, and after a wedding! You will most likely see her Direct your wedding on your big day but before then she will be working closely with the team to make sure everything is running smoothly.
