Facilities and Capacity
This venue welcomes up to 450 guests for a couple’s wedding day. At the DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas- Campbell Centre, couples have the opportunity to choose between multiple ballroom spaces. The Skyline Ballroom is perhaps the most popular, and certainly the most scenic, option. This space, capable of seating up to 300 wedding guests, is located on the hotel’s 21st floor. It features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of downtown Dallas and the city’s skyline. Smaller rooms on this floor include the Seattle I and II rooms as well as the Monterey room, all capable of seating 30 to 100 guests. These spaces are perfect for a ceremony preceding a reception in the Skyline Ballroom. On the first floor, the more flexible Doubletree Ballroom can be divided into numerous different sections to perfectly accommodate a couple’s event. This ballroom features neutral decor and a classic aesthetic, allowing couples to come in with their own themes and elements to style it however they see fit.

Couples can host any type of wedding-related event at this hotel. The venue welcomes couples for ceremonies and receptions, but also bridal showers, elopements, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. I'd give them 100 stars if I could! Mayra, who is now doing event planning with them, is FABULOUS! They gave us everything our hearts desired for a fraction of the price. It looked so lovely and expensive, and people thought we spent more than double than we did. Their packages include good food, and a cake from Elena's cakes (DELICIOUS), and base centerpieces, and linens. Such a wonderful value, and they were so easy to work with and so accommodating. Please choose them and you will not regret it!

Staff was very friendly, helpfull and attentive to our needs. Loved how Sara (Banquet Manager) made sure everything went will with set up and always asked questions to make sure verything was set up the way i wanted.

I absolutely agree with the 100 stars review. Mayra is fabulous! The staff was wonderful, the whole thing was amazing. We will be doing all of our parties there. Could not think of anything they could have done better.

Christina was amazing! She took care of all my requests and helped me with all my decisions along the way. The Food was delicious and the room was beautiful. The hotel provided perfect accommodations for our out of town guests. Everything was absolutely amazing.

The 21st Floor Ballroom has stunning views!! Every person on the team at the DoubleTree Campbell Center had AWESOME customer service and went out of their way to make our wedding day great. They went out of their way to help my vision come true from hanging string lights above the dance floor, to allowing a custom table layout, and helping us get the best bang for our buck. We secured a discounted room rate for all of our guests, all guests got complementary, warm chocolate chip cookies, and they even helped transport the wedding party and guests to the ceremony! Special thanks to Elissa East (Social Catering Manager/ Event Coordinator), Noemi Elorza (Convention Services Manager), Keeley Burke (Food & Beverage Manager).
