Lidia Sent on 09/22/2018Staff was very friendly, helpfull and attentive to our needs. Loved how Sara (Banquet Manager) made sure everything went will with set up and always asked questions to make sure verything was set up the way i wanted. -

Every person on the team at the DoubleTree Campbell Center had AWESOME customer service and went out of their way to make our wedding day great. They went out of their way to help my vision come true from hanging string lights above the dance floor, to allowing a custom table layout, and helping us get the best bang for our buck. We secured a discounted room rate for all of our guests, all guests got complementary, warm chocolate chip cookies, and they even helped transport the wedding party and guests to the ceremony! Special thanks to Elissa East (Social Catering Manager/ Event Coordinator), Noemi Elorza (Convention Services Manager), Keeley Burke (Food & Beverage Manager).

Kim Sent on 11/19/2016The Doubletree catering service is fantastic. The catering manager was very accomodating and even got me special color ribbons when the ones they had were not part of my wedding colors. The food was amazing, and the wait staff was very professional and quick. They were able to work out a fairly good deal, since the location was being remodeled at the time of booking. I was really impressed with the final result. I was also impressed with all the "extras" that were written into my contract at no extra charge (again, this may have been a special deal since it was under construction at the time). Do not be afraid to ask for something in the contract. I was able to change many aspects that I did not like, and I was adament about getting everything in writing rather than just spoken word.
The only problem with this hotel is that the catering managers have to deal with a lot from their customers and the company, and there is a lot of turn over (my catering manager changed twice). Ru was fantastic to work with, so if she is still there, then she will do right by you. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. If you book with her, you have nothing to worry about.
