I had the best experience with using Caroline for my wedding. All of the flowers were super fresh, colorful, and beautifully put together. She went above and beyond for us! We loved our wooden initials that we recieved with our order too!

Such a nice couple and beautiful arrangements. I contacted Caroline a month prior to our wedding and she was more than willing to help! Hands down, the most inexpensive quote I received. I told her my budget and she was able to get it right on the nose. I had zero worries regarding delivery and being on time. Dorothy K's made my day stress free and beautiful!

This place is a gem! They are super friendly. They have wonderful flowers and super people to make your vision come true even when you are on a budget. I plan on using them over and over anytime I need flowers. Gorgeous centerpiece for our fountain display!

Caroline was helpful in choosing the arrangements for our wedding. The only reason I am giving her 3.5 stars for quality of service is because my order was supposed to have a monogrammed wreath included which I was going to use for decor, but it was not delivered due to mistakenly being left at the store.
Research whether your flowers will be in season and talk to Caroline about it. She works with you, and my bouquets were beautiful.

When I contracted with Dorothy K's, they made me feel incredibly confident that my wedding day would be just perfect. They wrote down everything that I wanted and were very quick to give me cost breakdowns and assured me that all of my flowers would be available. Everything was wonderful and they were very quick to respond. Come the day of my wedding, everything seemed to be on track. When I arrived to the venue, about 30 minutes before the ceremony to get dressed and take pictures, I found my wedding planner quite frazzled over the flowers. Apparel all of the premium flowers I had ordered died the night before at the florists. The designer I contracted with wasn't even there and someone I had never met was still arranging centerpieces and bridesmaids bouquets. When I inspected to arrangements closer, i found that they were all incorrect and very unprofessionally put together. In lieu of the flowers I had ordered (which had died) they had been replaced with flowers that I specifically asked not to be used. I was so disappointed in the arrangements I received. When i contacted the vendor after to ask what happened, I had a very hard time reaching the owner. I finally did and they offered arrangements in my home to compensate for the 'mishaps' at my wedding. When I said that was unacceptable and that i wished to meet with them regarding the matter, we set up a time to meet and and hour before received a call that they would need to cancel. This happened one more time and I have since scheduled another time to meet with them to resolve the issue. It will be almost four weeks after my wedding before the next scheduled meeting. I hope that we can resolve the issue then. I understand that things happen out of a businesses control, I am also a small business owner, but I would expect for the issues to be resolved much sooner and much more fairly. I remain hopeful that everything will work out with this vendor. They are so very nice and excellent at small engagements.

Don"t trust her!!!!! I paid for 6 large center pieces and didn't recieve them. Instead I recieved 6 thrown together center pieces that were not as described. I paid nearly 2k and what I got in return was garbage. She had my reception an hour late due to her trying to throw together something last minute, she has other complaints on BBB. She kept stating that she was tired and as a business owner that can never be my excuse for lack luster work. This was my weeding day so why would you add stress to my day by telling me that you can't live up to expectations. After the wedding we agreed on a number that I was empathetic with her and tried to close out. Instead of a check I recieved a fake tracking number for a check that never made it. She stated that the "lost" check was not her issue and I have still not recieved a check to date. This is a horrible, if you are having a wedding, don't trust her with your wedding day!!
