Elaine was a gem from the very start! She came highly recommended from another DJ that was unavailable on our date, and when I had my brother call to inquire about her services, his immediate feedback was “Book her. She’s so nice!” I’m glad I trusted my brother’s opinion because she wasn’t just nice, she is an amazing DJ. We asked for a mix of Persian, Arab, and Hip-Hop and she delivered a great mix. We also had a list of “must-plays” for dinner and for dancing, and I heard each and every song we had on the list. It was so cool to be celebrating and hear my favorite songs come on one by one. I also have to hand it to Elaine because our must-play list included songs from The Police to Drake, to Amr Diab and Goapele, (and everything in-between), but she mixed everything perfectly despite having so many different genres of music. All of our important songs like our entrance music and and first dance, etc were timed perfectly, and she did a great job announcing everything and helping keep the flow of the evening. We can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Elaine!!

We Can’t say enough about Elaine! she was very supportive and professional during the planning process and very easy to work with! And she was very flexible for our last minute changes!
We are extremely happy and blessed to have Elaine being a part of our special day, we had a cultural ceremony, game, toasts, first dance and different playlists for our day including Persian and Egyptian music, she was on top of everything with the timing and the smooth blending of music!

DJ Elaine is excellent in her service and her work. From start to finish: when I first got in contact with her, I ran a few logistical ideas by her - and she was happy to accommodate.
When she saw my post on FB for referrals for other vendors, She immediately sent me messages with contacts of different vendors.
Can I also give a shoutout to my decorator? She works hand in hand with the decorator, and both made my wedding absolutely stunning.
Elaine didn’t have to send me referrals, she did it without question, without me asking her. She gave me excellent referrals and the process was amazing.
As all brides get stressed when planning for an event, I completely forgot to provide her with the essential song list.
When it came down to the wire, days before the wedding - when any DJ could tell me that I missed my deadlines (rightfully so)
While SHE was on a time crunch, she still accommodated me and helped me to provide her a list of songs. I personally wasn’t even picky, I knew she was good from referrals of my friends. I trusted her to play music that I liked.
Even down to days before the wedding, when she had other events to plan for, she still took in my song request list. She abides by her contracts (even my mom couldn’t get her to stop playing a song because it was what the bride wanted!! :) )
Her mannerisms, her professionalism, her quality of work, she’s excellent and I would recommend her a million times over. Her customer service is excellent and she’s so accommodating.
I’m grateful to her for making my wedding event without any problems. I continue to follow her on social media and shows that she really does a beautiful mix of songs from all over the countries.

Everyone loved the music and she blended the music perfectly! No dead air time.

was looking for a wedding DJ with MC services for a mixed iraqi- Arabic-American-and Chaldean wedding and was referred to her by another DJ service as she was more experienced with multi cultural weddings. Elaine was very responsive and easy to communicate with, we spoke on the phone and discussed my wishes and easily came to an agreement and she was hired believing she was the perfect fit.
she asked me to provide her with a list of songs to help her choose, also provided her with music selection for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting...etc.

the wedding day comes, i felt she prematurely cut the grand entrance song i chose and played other songs. then it was time for cake cutting after dinner, she surprisingly announces cake cutting before the cake was moved to the center creating a moment of awkward silence when i just stood there waiting for the cake to be moved to cut it. then there was another moment of silence waiting for her to announce the first dance and play the song i picked.

finished the first dance, then invited couples to join the dance floor for slow dance. I had a list of at least 7 songs for her to play and asked her to use her skills and experience to feel the room vibes and decide what songs and for how long to play them. i also asked her to use her judgment and playlist and not to stick to my songs since i was not the DJ and did not know what was popular. To my surprise, Elaine only played ONE song for slow dance before switching to the fast pace dancing songs, and even then, she only played the songs i gave her with poor selection of order they were played. there was also alot of confusion as to when to play Arabic, American and Chaldean songs and the flow was not smooth at all. it felt more like a speaker and random playlist, not a wedding DJ.
I felt Elaine was disconnected from the event vibes and occasion. She did not know how to revive the party and get it going. As a MC, she barely made announcements and was silent most of the time with no energy. like it is said, a good DJ means good party, while a bad DJ can ruin a party, I am very sad to say that DJ lady was a bad DJ for my big day.

I also hold my wedding event coordinator (The W event planning) the responsibility for that mess as she lost track of time and tried to make that up by rushing things up
