Dixie Bones BBQ catered my wedding in May and I was very satisfied with everything. We got married at Prince William forest and what better to have at an outdoor function than BBQ. They showed up on time, cut all the meat on site, served everyone until they couldn't eat anymore.

Oh my! Where to start with Dixie Bones! We had been to 5 weddings the summer before our wedding, and we were about to flip out if we had to eat one more basic wedding dinner. We got married this past October and we knew we wanted to have DELICIOUS food at our wedding. We stopped in at Dixie Bones to have a quick bite after visiting our venue, and it immediately turned into a tasting. By the end of our meal we had picked the chopped brisket, the cut chicken, mac and cheese, corn bread, and cole slaw to be served on our big day. We swear, every single person at our wedding complimented us on our food choice and had never had such good BBQ. They delivered when we needed they were easy to work with. The food was AMAZING!!! Our mouths are watering just remembering the menu. Two big thumbs up!

We had Dixie Bones carter our rehearsal dinner. Even the day of the wedding people were raving about how great the food was the night before. They are great at working with you and your venue. And the cost is amazing for the quality of food and service. We even took the left overs home and split it between 3 families. hahaha

Dixie Bones is a great secret of Northern Virginia. My friends and family have been eating their for years so having them cater our wedding was simply a no brainer. I must say we could not have had a better food experience for our wedding. First its fantastic BBQ and second they had such great customer service. I don't think there was not one full belly under the tent!

I first heard of Dixie Bones through my now husband, and once I had a chance to eat their food there was no doubt in my mind that this was the food I wanted at our wedding. Liza was so helpful and the whole process was a pleasure. Liza responded back promtly to all emails, and calls. They are very willing to create the menu of your choosing from their regular menu. While I still chose to have them use their usual set up of red checkerboard table cloth and their resturant uniforms, they also gave me the option of white table cloths and what attire I would like the workers in even a suit and tie if I so chose!
Overall I was absolutly thrilled with the qualtiy of service and food.

Dixie Bones is the BEST I could have asked for. We wanted to keep our wedding casual & comfortable. They went over & beyond!!! The pulled pork was OUTSTANDING!! It was moist & juicy. Not to mention the gentleman they sent to set up & serve...SUPERB! I felt like he was part of my family. I could not have asked for anything more...THEY ARE #1 in my book!!!

Dixie Bones provides authentic, delicious southern barbecue. Their staff is highly professional and responsive. Our guests are still raving about the food!

We used Dixie Bones in Fredricksburg for our wedding. We did a simple bbq, and my husband picked it up beforehand. We fed everyone for about 12 dollars a person. They gave us the best options for the price we were looking for and let us call about a week and a half before the wedding to finalize the guest numbers. The food was a hit with everyone and our wallets were happy as well!

Dixie Bones delivered the food and set it up buffet style. They stayed for 2 hours serving and replenishing as needed. We were in charge of clean-up. Food was very tasty.
