My in-laws have a membership to Direct Buy, so I got my invitations and thank you cards made through their wedding services. Boy am I glad I did! The price was unbeatable and our invitations were perfect. Direct Buy was very professional and the speed in which we received everything was amazing.

I worked with Direct Buy in Coppell, Texas. I ordered invitations and programs from this company. Here were my problems:

(1) The wrong invitations were mailed to me and the company had to resend the invitations. When I received the next set of invitations, it had the wrong address on it. Direct Buy had me to drive 20 miles to pick up my invitations. If they were sent back, Direct Buy was going to charge me additional shipping fees.

(2) The programs were approved and corrected three times by me. The corrections were not made or sent to the vendor. During week of my weddding, I received a set of programs with a mulititude of mistakes. I had to take the invitation to a printing company to have the programs made to mimic the original.

I do not recommend Direct Buy for your wedding needs. The 40% off isn't worth it.
