The food was wonderful! Very professional and easy to work with. Even our cake vendor commented on how friendly and professional the caterer was. Everything was done as planned and many of our guests commented on how great the dinner was.

Diana provides free dinner tastings and is very flexible on food options and dinnerware. We wanted to have a "green" wedding so we used our own compostable utensils, appetizer plates. etc., while Diana provided her biodegradable Chinet dinner plates. She has disposable dinnerware and china to use. She is very friendly and wants your day to be a success!
My only issue was during our email correspondence, she sometimes didn't answer all the questions I asked. But I would just ask them again in the next email or phone call and she would answer them, so not a big problem. I thought I would mention this, but as you can see, it doesn't deter from my perfect score for Diana's. I have no regrets hiring this vendor!

Overall, DIana's Catering is a wonderful food vendor. The price was the best I've seen (I got married in Charlotte, MI, and looked at vendors around Lansing and Kalamazoo), and we got many compliments from guests on the food, at the reception. The food tastes fantastic. I recommend Diana's Catering to anyone needing a caterer!

Diana and her staff provided incredibly delicious Honey-Glazed Chicken Breasts and Vegetable Lasagna. Our friends and family could not stop raving about how tender and moist the chicken was. Additionally, all food was served hot and on time.

My only complaint in working with Diana's Catering was consistent communication. Diana was hard to get ahold of via phone or email and this made me feel uncertain about the reliability of her services. Additionally, I did not receive an invoice for my food order until a week or two before the wedding, which I would have liked to have had sooner. Other than that, the day of went smoothly and her staff were friendly.
