This shop has their tools in the store. They can do welding and re-sizing without shipping your ring off. They do it in the store for you. They can also make custom rings. And they tend to be cheaper than the main chain stores. Their staff is also very friendly.

We like our experience here so much we came back to have them do our wedding rings, even after we moved a few cities away.

Poor customer service and cheap quality.
