Back in March 2026, I noticed the center diamond in my 12-year-old Tacori engagement ring had become loose. Since Tacori is such a fine jewelry brand, I wanted to make sure my ring was cared for by a Tacori Certified Jeweler. After researching, I found that Diamond District USA was the closest certified jeweler to us, even though we live nearly five hours away in Northeast Florida.
I called the store and was connected with Oni. From the very first conversation, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. He even gave me his personal contact information so I could send photos of my ring and assured me they could complete everything during the short time we’d be in Naples. His kindness alone made us confident the long drive would be worth it.
When we finally arrived in July, it happened to be Oni’s day off, but we were immediately greeted by Pamela, who made us feel just as welcome. While she began helping me with my ring, my husband wandered over to look at wedding bands since his original ring has taken quite a beating over the years from weightlifting. Before long, Stacey Beth was helping him explore replacement options while we relaxed with complimentary drinks. (Bonus points for always making sure everyone stays hydrated!)
As I discussed my ring with Stacey Beth, Melanie, the store’s Tacori consultant, overheard our conversation. She asked me to close my eyes and returned with the most beautiful matching Tacori band to complete my rose gold wedding set. It was absolutely perfect, the exact look I had dreamed about for years. Needless to say, we purchased it on the spot.
Pamela had my original rings tightened, cleaned, and polished, and they looked absolutely beautiful.
I thought that would be the end of the story, but after wearing my new three-ring set for a day, I realized the fit had changed significantly. My finger became swollen and uncomfortable, and I had to remove the rings. Since we were leaving to head home in just two days, I called the store expecting I’d probably have to ship everything to Tacori and wait weeks.
Instead, they told me, “Bring them in! We’ll take care of you.”
The next day I met with Nathan. Stacey Beth was helping what appeared to be a newly engaged couple and their family, but Nathan already knew my entire situation before I even sat down. He patiently listened as I explained my sizing concerns, answered every question, and even quoted me a price that was lower than I expected. He assured me the rings would be ready before we left town.
When I picked them up Wednesday morning, I was honestly speechless.
The sizing is absolutely flawless. You cannot tell the rings have ever been worked on. The craftsmanship is seamless, the diamonds sparkle like never before, and my entire wedding set honestly looks even better than it did when it was brand new 12 years ago. My hand feels like a newlywed’s again with even more sparkle than before!
What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of the work, it was the people. Every single employee we encountered genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. Oni, Pamela, Stacey Beth, Melanie, and Nathan each played a part in making what could have been a stressful situation into an unforgettable experience.
Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, but Diamond District USA absolutely sets the standard. We already know we’ll be back when it’s time for my husband to purchase a new wedding band after he retires from his current job, and from this point forward, all of our fine jewelry purchases will be with them.

My fiance got my engagement ring from Diamond District and that started our great experience with them. He is very particular about things and the salesperson did a great job of being patient and making sure he found exactly what he was looking for. After receiving my ring, Diamond District was great about helping to resize it to fit perfectly. They clean it for free and every time we walk in the door. When we went back a few months later to pick wedding bands Song the sales lady was awesome in making sure we found what I wanted. A few days later, my fiance admitted he hated the ring I chose. They were very understanding in exchanging it and even waived the restock fee since we upgraded it. We both were very happy with the quality of service Song provided both times we went in to deal with getting my band. The third purchase we made was during their wedding band event. Song remembered us, and we custom designed a myCaroline band (to match the one he got me) for his band. We put a lot of money into our rings but I truly feel we got quality service and if any issues arise with our jewelry (and future purchases) we can trust Jason and Todd (and Song) to take care of us!

Since it was a destination wedding, we quickly stopped by the Diamond District @ Coconut Point (Ft Myers, Fl). Only helped me choose a wedding band, he is very knowledgeable and matched my engagement band perfectly!

Walking into Diamond District and seeing the beauty of all of the sparkling pieces of art, I felt that we were creating a beautiful memory from the purchase of the engagement ring right down to both of our wedding bands.
