The best jeweler

Oni was excellent to work with through the process of selecting an engagement ring and wedding bands. The team at the diamond district made the entire experience enjoyable. Oni was very personable and professional from our first interaction. He made sure to fit our style while also staying in our budget. The quality and price at this store is unmatched. We LOVE Diamond District

My fiance got my engagement ring from Diamond District and that started our great experience with them. He is very particular about things and the salesperson did a great job of being patient and making sure he found exactly what he was looking for. After receiving my ring, Diamond District was great about helping to resize it to fit perfectly. They clean it for free and every time we walk in the door. When we went back a few months later to pick wedding bands Song the sales lady was awesome in making sure we found what I wanted. A few days later, my fiance admitted he hated the ring I chose. They were very understanding in exchanging it and even waived the restock fee since we upgraded it. We both were very happy with the quality of service Song provided both times we went in to deal with getting my band. The third purchase we made was during their wedding band event. Song remembered us, and we custom designed a myCaroline band (to match the one he got me) for his band. We put a lot of money into our rings but I truly feel we got quality service and if any issues arise with our jewelry (and future purchases) we can trust Jason and Todd (and Song) to take care of us!

Since it was a destination wedding, we quickly stopped by the Diamond District @ Coconut Point (Ft Myers, Fl). Only helped me choose a wedding band, he is very knowledgeable and matched my engagement band perfectly!

Ring shopping at the Diamond District for my husband was so easy. They had exactly what he wanted & with the help of one of their gentlemen's there, we were in and out. My husband got my ring there as well & It is absolutely beautiful!!

Amazing Service and Beauty

Diamond District truly is the best! My Fiance purchased my engagement ring from them he was so impressed we decided to purchase his two bands and my wedding band as well. You are sure to see either Jason or Todd every time you are in the store which says a lot about how their business is ran. All promises made have been kept and honestly the jewelry is breath taking!

My husband proposed with the most gorgeous dream ring a girl could ever ask for! Oni helped us pick out our wedding bands and was very patient throughout the entire process. Jason and Todd have such a wonderful staff, and truly make you feel like family. Wouldn't ever choose another jeweler!

This is a 2 part review. Oni you completely made my, now husband's engagement ring shopping experience unforgettable. After he proposed to me he told me he'd visited multiple other jewelers and nothing was clicking. He didn't like the atmosphere, or the rings, or both! He then continued to tell me that he is now obsessed with diamonds. He was so proud and happy to show me the GIA certificate and learn just how different diamonds can be! He now loves diamonds like it's his job. Why? Because Oni took his time to show him, and teach him, thoroughly and patiently. He also made him laugh the entire time while doing it.

Before the wedding we went in to buy our band together. (my first time here) Robert totally stole the show. I learned so SO much and laughed til I cried. He paired my engagement ring with 2 bands on either side, that literally made me cry as he put them on my finger one by one. That was it! We had previously tried multiple combos and other options and when his designer eye was learning what we liked and disliked, he whipped out the big guns and it was over. When my husband put them on during our ceremony, that too was special and different. He took the engagement ring off. Put on one band, the ring, then the other band. It created a quick little unique moment, my set is absolute magic. My husband's ring is nothing short of perfect. It's the ultimate, magazine worthy, men's wedding band for the most deserving groom. Oni and Robert are worth their weight in diamonds! GS1 diamonds ;)

Oni was great to deal with in picking out my engagement ring. He met with my future husband then took time again to go over the options with me. We did not feel rushed in any way which is great when making a big purchase. We also bought our bands from Diamond District. We were able to order the exact band to match my engagement ring and they had one in stock for my husband. If you want more of a choice for rings for the groom I recommend going sooner. We waited and didn't have time to order one in another size so had to find something in stock - no reflection of Diamond District we simply waited too long!

Buying our rings was one of the most memorable experiences and we loved the part that the Diamond District had in it. Their attention to details such as helping my Fiance hide the ring in the store, and have all the staff tell me it was sold made the day of the engagement even more memorable. That is why we went back to buy the Groom's Ring here as well.

Oni did such a good job guiding my husband into getting the perfect ring for me. I had given him a general idea (pinterest) of what type of rings I liked and he went above and beyond and got me a gorgeous ring I will be ecstatic to wear for a lifetime. When we went to go pick out a wedding band Oni helped us without being pushy or too aggressive. He was very honest, nice and encouraging. You could tell he wanted to get us the best ring for our personalities and gave his honest opinion on metals for my husband and dedicated his whole attention to us the entire time. I was very impressed with him and would recommend him ( and do) to anyone who asks. He also did a cleaning and a special "bling" treatment for my engagement ring before our wedding free of charge so that it would look amazing and sparkly at our wedding.

We received a great recommendation that the Diamond District was the place to get any kind of diamond, and of great quality. My husband and I purchased my engagement ring, my matching wedding band and his wedding band. Omi and Gabi were very accommodating to us as we began the search for an engagement ring for me, they even helped my husband keep parts a surprise. We went back for the wedding bands and the staff showed me a series of options for myself but ultimately I ordered the one that matched my engagement ring which had to be ordered. His was easier and we got a great deal on it, without it needing much work for sizing. Each time I go in for a cleaning everyone is pleasant and courteous.

Thank you so much to Jason and Todd at the Diamond District for making our wedding at Mission Inn such a special day. The people at the Diamond District were amazing and there for us every step of the way during the wedding band selection. We had a very unique engagement ring that we didn't think we would ever find a band to fit properly, and they guided us right to a new flexible band they had in stock which worked perfectly at shaping itself to the ring. It looked like it was designed specifically for her ring. I also have unique tastes, and was having troubles finding a ring that I was truly interested in, and they helped me with a meteorite ring line they had also just gotten in that once I saw it, I knew that was the one for me. They really helped us to piece everything together, and we really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help us in every aspect of what we were looking for. I couldn't have imagined it going better with anyone else by our side, and could not recommend the Diamond District enough for what they had done for us. Everyone commented on how beautiful the bands were, and I think I even sparked the interest of a couple of friends of mine in regards to getting the meteorite ring from them when they think about getting married. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for helping to contribute to our memories of such an important event in our lives every time we look at our fingers. My experience at the Diamond District has been nothing short of amazing. I made an appointment to meet with Song to discuss the option of designing a wedding band. Everything I had looked at so far just wasn't what I had envisioned in my head. I met with Song and she asked me everything that I was looking for in my band. She was honest from the beginning telling me that designing my own would most likely cost more than one they already had in the store. She took me over to the counter and started pulling out bands for me to look at with my engagement ring. They were all beautiful but that 'one' hadn't caught my eye yet. Then she pulled out the most beautiful band I have ever laid eyes on and I tried it on and it was perfect! It was just missing one thing I really wanted and that was a band of diamonds on the side facing me. THEN, she grabbed another, smaller band and had me try it on with the band I already loved. Oh my gosh it was perfect! I never thought I would want 2 wedding bands but I knew instantly that I had to have them. Song was just absolutely wonderful! She worked with my budget and truly listened to what I wanted for my wedding band! My fiance had already purchased my engagement ring from them and a few months earlier we purchased his wedding band! I love, love, love the Diamond District!

Awesome experience all around. My fiance and I went in to look at engagement rings together, a few months later he returned and the same salesman helped him and remembered everything about him. My stone was a little loose when I first wore it and we took it to the store and they strengthened the prongs, no questions asked. They are willing to do anything to have a happy client. Such a great experience we went back and purchased my wedding band as well as his.

My fiancé, now husband, purchased my engagement ring and wedding band as a set from Diamond District and they are the most beautiful rings! Perfection! The few times I needed to drop my rings off, to either get sized or sautered together, I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to help and making sure I was happy and satisfied with my rings. When I did drop my rings off they were always ready a day or two after. Very professional! I would definitely recommend getting your rings or jewelry here! :)

Loved this store. I initially went there looking for an engagement ring, since I had no idea what type of ring I wanted. Eduardo helped me and he was the most patient and nice man. I must have tried on like 300 rings before i decided on three options to give my now husband at the time. He also had a good experience there when he went to pick out want he wanted. We returned for the wedding band afterwards, it looks beautiful with the ring. They were very accommodating on time and cleaned the rings to a beautiful shine every time I went in there, even if it was just for a question. Would highly recommend!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring with the diamond district and we both purchased our wedding bands there as well. It was such a wonderful experience! The sales staff was beyond helpful. They coached my fiance in finding a gorgeous ring that fit his budget. He is also very picky and they guided us in finding the perfect ring for him. By far the best jewelry store. We went to their competitor and the service was very in attentive. As soon as we walked into the Diamond District, we were treated personally and with great care. We worked with Oni who is amazing and knows his stuff! They took their time with us, they did not pressure us into choosing something we did not want, and every time we walked in there we were greeted with a great big smile and warm welcomes. The quality of their products are amazing and they offer jewelry in several different price ranges. We live in the Cape so this was our last store we went to for our wedding bands, but I wish it was the first. It is worth the drive! We will definitely be returning for continued purchases throughout the years.

My husband and I looked for the "perfect wedding rings" at many local jewelry stores. When we arrived at the Diamond District, we knew we had arrived in diamond paradise. The front doors were literally opened for us and we were immediately greeted by many friendly faces. Our sales person was professional and not pushy in the least bit. They have a huge selection of wedding rings and being the indecisive person that I am, I looked over many of the rings multiple times trying to decide what I liked best. The sales person never made me feel rushed and happily obliged when I wanted to try on a variety of rings numerous times. When we had finally found the rings that we were in love with, we were able to negotiate a better price. As a bonus to buying our rings there, they clean, resize, inspect, and re-rhodium them whenever we need them to. We take our rings there every six months or so for this free service and they usually can clean, inspect, and re-rhodium them within the day. We bought our rings over two years ago and the Diamond District still sends us a Happy Anniversary card along with birthday cards for each of us. We will never shop anywhere else and tell everyone we know to go there if they want a perfect diamond buying experience.

Diamond District is fantastic. My fiancé selected my engagement ring from them, and they helped him make an informed, and valuable decision. When the time came to choose our wedding bands, we knew without question we'd go to Diamond District. They helped me choose a band that fits perfectly with my engagement ring, and even talked me out of a more expensive version, because they have the expertise of knowing my other choice would look better - and it does. Diamond District sold my fiance our engagement ring and at the time we were giving a free limo to take out to celebrate. It has been 2 years since we got engaged and I still get compliments. Because of the service at the Diamond District and the quality of my ring/diamonds, I decided against purchasing a wedding band for my Sept. 2012 wedding. I simply had the jeweler resurface the ring, clean it and I used it as my wedding ring. I refuse to take the ring off or buy another one to replace it. This place is great and you'd be a fool not go to Coconut Point in Estero and check it out. If nothing else, they have Norman Love chocolates everyday!

I am thrilled to be able to update my previous unfavorable review. After a very negative experience, which was in such stark contrast to our previous experiences with the Diamond District, I felt compelled to write a review. The next day the owner of the company, who was unaware of the situation until he saw the review, called personally. He politely asked if I had a moment and if I would be willing to talk. He took full responsibility for the problem, even though he was not even in the store at the time, because what happened was clearly not a match for the company's values and commitments. He asked if we would be willing to come in again. He was not only very professional, but seemed genuinely interested in wanting to make things right. My fiancé and I did decide to make an appointment to go in. We were greeted by both owners who sincerely apologized for what has happened previously. They did everything they could to assist us with purchasing the perfect wedding band to go with the amazing engagement ring my fiancé has already purchased from their store. I have owned several businesses and I know that mistakes can happen, things can go wrong, and people will have "off days" in any business. The true measure of a business is what they do when these things happen. It was refreshing to deal with a company that admitted to a problem, addressed it with their staff, followed up with the customer, and did all they could to rectify the situation. As we have previously, we will continue to refer our family and friends to the store, but with even more confidence that we will be referring them to a business that truly values their customers and are committed to creating a positive experience.

Excellent place to get your engagement & wedding rings from. Jason & Todd are the owners who both strive for & guarantee a pleasurable experience. They helped my fiance pick out my engagement ring & they did a wonderful job. There was a slight issue with it being the wrong size, but they went above & beyond to make it right. We also got both of our wedding bands there. All maintenance, sizing, & cleaning are free with ring purchase. The quality of diamond you get for your money is oustandibg.

My first experience with the Diamond District was when I was purchasing an engagement ring. While other jewelers seemed to be all about pressuring you to buy something, working with the Diamond District was like a breath of fresh air. The sales staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. But most of all, you won't feel pressured to buy when you shop here.

I was so happy with my first experience with the Diamond District that I decided to buy both wedding bands here as well. This jeweler has been great to work with and even pulled some strings to help get delivery of my wife's wedding band in a short window of time before we had to travel out of town for our wedding.

This place is really hard to beat. Knowledgeable and accommodating sales staff, low pressure, and great prices.

I would not buy a diamond anywhere else! First of all my ring is GORGEOUS! and the diamond was hand picked by my fiance. They were all very helpful to him while he was looking through settings and diamonds and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Also, Diamond District cleans my ring anytime I want all I have to do is bring it in and ask. Jason and Todd are AMAZING!

My husband picked out the setting for my engagement ring at Diamond District. It was so perfect that I knew thats where we needed to go to get our bands. Every time we go in Jason or Todd are always there and welcoming you in. We looked at several rings with a budget in mind, and sure enough we found a ring to match mine perfectly! Then picking out Jason's came easy. The only problem was the associate measured his finger wrong for this particular ring so it got order in the wrong size, and this ring cannot be size. Diamond District took care of the mistake and we got the right ring in the right size with still another two weeks till the wedding.

After purchasing our multiple pieces of jewelry, including our engagement ring we loved the service, professionalism and responsiveness of the team at DD. My husbands wedding band was back ordered and was not planned to come in in time and they rushed it on for our special day.

Bait & Switch

Being from Boston, I had "my guy" who for years I was comfortable with spending thousands at a time. In the past 5 years since my wife and I have lived here, I have visited the Diamond District several times without a purchase, for one reason or another. This year I visited the day before Thanksgiving looking for a pair of diamond stud earrings with a budget of $6K to $8K. After viewing what they had, I asked the sales person to show me what else they had for necklaces within that budget. I chose a beautiful necklace that was within my budget, however always skeptical of quality & value, I made the purchase. I also thought by being there the day before Thanksgiving, they would have more merchandise to choose from and oh ya; they had advertised that with every thousand dollar purchase you received a bottle of Dom Perignon & Apple Ear Pod's...When I was paying for the necklace; $6K, I asked the sales rep. about the gift's whereas I spent over the one thousand dollar threshold. I was told that they had discounted the necklace to the point that I didn't qualify for the gift's. I would say this is false advertising, wouldn't you?? After all who hasn't gone to a jewelry store and not received a discount off the tagged price? It's like buying a car, you never pay the sticker price! I didn't argue, I paid for the necklace and left the store feeling somewhat taken... Jason & Todd should change their commercial and add a disclaimer that if they give you a discount off the tagged price, that you don't receive the gift's... It's like a "bait & switch" I hope my wife likes her necklace.

Wedding bands!

I found the perfect wedding band for my husband. They have a nice selection of options, and you can always add your touch to customize a band. He also purchased my wedding rings there. Just be careful when dropping of your rings, make sure you get the same thing you dropped off. I had to experience that for myself, and it was awful.

Disappointed

While of course my diamond wedding band looks wonderful, sparkling, and clean, I am a bit disappointed in the customer service at Diamond District.. As a New Yorker, when you brought an expensive piece of jewelry to be repaired, you NEVER paid for it up front. They had my ring! I cooperated this one time but if my husband was with me, he would have walked out.

BUYER BEWARE! Ladies, if you're husband to be shops here and you haven't already discussed which mounting you want, you are out of luck!! Their mounting selection is terrible unless you want to spend over $7k on a mounting alone because it's Tacori or Henri Daussi. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Once he spends the money, you are TRAPPED!!

I wrote this on yelp but wanted to share here as well. wish I could write something positive but had an awful experience at Diamond District. I browsed their website for months in preparation to replace the diamond that had fallen out of my engagement ring. I found several diamonds I was interested in purchasing. I was told they didn't have them in store and had nothing comparable in my price range. I understand $2500 is not much for them but why list them on the site? I knew I was not going to get a perfect diamond but at least the ones listed were certified and semi decent color/clarity. I went with cash in hand and was treated poorly and essentially turned away. I was shown a diamond that was not certified and told I would not find anything better. There were several SI1-2 on their website (priced below what I was looking to spend, in the size range I was looking for) but I was shown I2's with very noticeable imperfections. The gemologist talked down to me and I left in tears with no alternate suggestions. I'm glad that they're doing so well, they can turn away an easy cash sell. I'm part of/and help organize a very large meetup group for moms in swfl and I will make sure to pass the word along to avoid The Diamond District. I guess I will go through bluenile.com considering they actually have what I'm looking for, in my price range. I'd rather support local business but have never been more embarrassed by the way I was treated.

Purchased an engagment ring and within two months started loosing the accent stones that were mounted along the band. At first I was pretty happy with it, but now I'm worried more of those little side stones will start popping out. Excellent care for ring. Always remove it when doing physical activities
