Savannah spent more than 15 years behind the bar, serving loyal customers and making friends along the way. In fact, she and Charlie met while bartending at the Texas Rangers Stadium! ⠀

In 2020, Savannah became a certified Wedding Planner. She's constantly working to round out her experience as an event professional so our clients have the best resources while planning their events. This year (2022), she’s serving as Member at Large on the SWP Board of directors. ⠀

Savannah supports the team in any way she can, jumping in to bar back, take out trash, or bartend when necessary. DFW Bartending was built on the principal that the bartenders should feel like a team, and Savannah takes the team player role seriously. ⠀

Charlie Breen is the fearless leader of DFW Bartending. He has more than 15 years of experience behind the bar. He founded DFW Bartending in 2012 so his experience behind the bar would be on a more personal basis. Since then, the company has grown to include more than 60 bartenders across DFW and surrounding areas. ⠀

Our founder has always had a bartender-first mindset. He knows if the bartenders are happy, guests are going to get the best service! Epic Christmas parties, celebrations on the lake, and bonuses all go back to the bartenders that work so hard to deliver the best service. As a result of this philosophy, some of our bartenders have been around for more than 8 years, and we're constantly growing! ⠀

Enrique has been creating cocktails for almost 20 years. His interest in understanding the nuances of mixed drinks started at a tequila bar where he learned about the tequila making process from start to finish. Enrique went on to work with teams at craft bars and mixology bars in Downtown Dallas, fine tuning his creativity and understanding of flavors along the way.

He hosts tastings on Tuesdays, manages the alcohol inventory, and coordinates deliveries. You'll even catch him hosting mixology classes from time to time!
