I absolutely loved how you could ask them questions through email and they would get back with you almost immediately. The bartenders that showed up were well dressed and so friendly! We had a blast with them.

Hired DFW for an event this past weekend, bartender was punctual, very nice and overall, no complaints from any of my guests at our event! The bar was always clean, drinks were cold, which is exactly what we needed! At the end of the night the bar area was spotless, all trash was disposed of! Would recommend without hesitation. Also, leading up to the event they responded quickly and the questionnaire they provide helps a lot in terms of planning your event

Joseph and Serena were our bartenders for the evening, and they were absolutely fantastic. Both Joseph and Serena were friendly, engaging, and made our guests feel right at home. They handled the crowd with ease, kept the drinks flowing, and even offered creative suggestions based on guests’ preferences. From the very beginning we were pleased with DFW Bartending. Esther in the office was so informative. She answered all of our question and gave us information so that we could best set up the bartending package that was best for our event. On the night of our event, we had the pleasure of having Angie and Zack as our bartenders. They were uniformly dressed but most important they were friendly and professional. Let me start by saying how awesome Savannah, the owner, was from our very first interaction. Savannah anticipated questions I might have and was super patient with me throughout the planning process. The staff at the wedding was excellent. The bartenders took care of everything and that allowed our family to enjoy the day. The bussers cleaned up and anticipated needs. DFW Bartending did an amazing job for our wedding! I spoke with Savannah through the whole process and she was awesome! They were so accommodating to what we needed and even allowed us to add coolers and ice to our package! Our bartenders, Rachel and Franny, were beyond nice and professional! Best Bartending Service
DFW Bartending was by far the best bartending service provider we have ever worked with. Savannah, Rachel, Charlie and Chris worked our wedding that we had on June 6th, 2020. Not only were they all professional, but each bartender was attentive and knew how to make every drink that we had available at our wedding. Each bartender actually got to know our guests and knew most of our guest’s drink of choice by the end of the night. By the end of the night everyone was satisfied and gave us numerous compliments about never once having to wait in line during our wedding (150 guests). Savannah and her team ensured that they were always on schedule and even stayed behind a little later than usual to help clean. DFW Bartending ensured that we were satisfied on our big day and knew how to keep our guests happy as well. We moved our guests three times during our wedding and Savannah ensured that all of the bars were stocked up and ready to go at each location. Savannah and her team also ensured that our champagne glasses were filled before each toast and helped with other tasks that were not bartending related. If you are looking for a bartending service in the DFW area I would highly recommend Savannah and her team!

So incredible!
Jason was great! He had previously worked with our venue before so he knew the ends and out!! Made it all run smoothly! He also went for ice! Would recommend over and over!

Incredible staff and service!
INCREDIBLE staff!! I’m the midst of the stress of the corona virus, DFW bartending came in and served with smiles on their faces, always ready to help with whatever we needed. Savannah was at our event and she is the SWEETEST, and always responds promptly! Should we ever need this type of service again we will FOR SURE use them!!

Fantastic Bartender
DFW Bartending is fantastic! Savannah, the owner, was very helpful and answered every single one of our questions about the alcohol our wedding! Our bartenders, Rachel and Sam, were awesome! Drinks were perfect and they were able to handle anything. Highly recommended!

The best vendor we had - you can't not find better staff.
I'm not even sure where to begin other than "Wow!" DFW Bartending went above and beyond what they were required to do on our big day. From the beginning, Savannah was responsive, transparent & flexible. DFW Bartending worked with us on a quote that best suited our needs, met us at our venue months prior for a final walk-through (just so they could put my overly organized brain at ease), and graciously met our every need with a smile on their face. We had a reception that hosted over 200 people & Savannah and the rest of the DFW Bartending staff handled it with ease (and let me just say - our friends like to drink)! Savannah even met us at Total Wine a week before our big day so she could pack up all the alcohol we bought; the team delivered and unpacked everything on the actual day so that my family & I could simply enjoy the day! I'm telling you - AMAZING! They even helped our caterer and wedding planner clean up at the end of the night so that everyone was out of the venue on time.
I can't stress to you enough the value that we got for our dollar when we hired DFW Bartending. I too read all the reviews. I too compared all the prices. I too made sure we were hiring vendors that were worth my time and money. Do not pass these people up. They were one of the best vendors I could have hired.

Easy, cheap, professional and flawless!
DFW Bartending did everything you could ask for and did at a cheaper price than we could find anywhere else. From the quick response time on the quote to being able to answer every question we had over the phone. After booking them they also gave us free consultation on the specific amounts for the types of alcohol that we were wanting to serve. I got lots of quotes and they were easily the cheapest for what we needed.
On the day of they were flawless. Our venues reception hall was separated from where the bridal party got ready and where the ceremony was being held. We had placed all of the alcohol that we wanted to serve at the bar area but it was still boxed up. I had completely forgotten about making sure they were back there and set up as I was too busy helping organize everything with the ceremony. The ceremony ended and people start filing into the reception hall and DFW Bartending had already arrived early, set up everything they needed without any needed help, and was ready to start serving. Fantastic company to hire and they could not have a more flawless job of helping my wife and I and all of our guests enjoy the evening.

Amazing bartender!
I used DFW Bartending for my wedding last weekend and I would highly recommend them for any event! They were so quick to response and Savannah answered all of my questions (there were lots). Savannah made sure to have a bilingual bartender to accomodate our needs. We requested a margarita machine literally less than a week before the wedding and she made it happen. Set up was smooth and with plenty of time. Everyone loved the bartender!

When I first reached out to DFW Bartending I received a prompt response from the owner herself, Savannah. She was extremely helpful in getting everything for our event organized earlier this month! Very helpful
We had an open bar that we paid for the alcohol up front. DFW Bartending helped us decide how much to buy. They also picked up all the alcohol and brought it to the venue. Which was very helpful for us since we were driving in from out of town for the wedding. The bartender was professional and friendly.

Back in January I started to look for a bar tender for my sisters wedding, and I found Savannah! She was so awesome, she spent almost an hour on the phone with me answering ANY question I had, giving me advise on how much to get, how many people bottles serve, all my weird questions! From January to April any question I had I could text her and she'd get back to me just as fast as she could. The night of the wedding they were on time, everything went smoothly, her and Sam served everyone quickly with barely a wait, they even helped by cleaning up cups off tables... no complaints! Would definitely recommend them for any event you have!

I had the pleasure of witnessing two of their bartenders in action. They were very polite, professional and courteous. Young adults were wanting shots of tequila and fireball...one after another...the bartenders used their best judgment and communicated that there would be a limit. As a guest I appreciated that tremendously because we all know shots can sneak up on you and dealing with drunk people during what should be a celebration is not what anyone wants to do. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for my own parties in the future.

Great Professional Vendor
I had the pleasure of working with this company this past weekend. As a coordinator I appreciate their professionalism. The event they worked had almost double the amount of people they were contracted for and they handled it flawlessly with only the two staff that were purchased. They were able to handle the large, difficult crowd with no problems. They arrived on time and had great communication with other event/venue staff. They are some of the most honest, professional bartenders I've had the opportunity of working with. I will definitely recommend them to any future brides!

We recently hired DFW Bartending for our son's wedding reception and could not have possibly been more pleased. We had three bartenders, including one of the owners, Savannah, for our two bar setup and they were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, engaging and extremely professional at all times. Savannah was incredibly easy to work with and was responsive to all of our needs during and leading up to our event. Halloween Party 2018

Charlie and Jason were awesome bartenders! Both were very professional and quick (we had 200 guests). Our guests love them. They even gave us a shopping list for alcohol and mixers. Our rate was for no tip jar. Very affordable and helpful. You really can't go wrong with DFW Bartending.

Huge help with planning the reception bar.
Savannah and the DFW Bartending team were instrumental in helping my son and my new daughter-in-law plan their bartending needs for their wedding that took place October 16,2020. DFW Bartending was able to counsel them on how much alcohol to order and they also shared their many experiences with weddings they worked in the past; which helped my son and his bride plan out their wedding reception. Thumbs up all around to the staff and job that DFW Bartending did at their wedding.

The keg we supplied was missing the pump so our refund wasn't returned by the renter costing us an additional 150$
We booked for 4 hours and our guest were being limited drinks in the first hour! 3 bottles were missing and most of the bottles were being hidden behind the bar I (the bride) had to constantly go to the bar to ask them to bring out bottles for my guest and the bartender was limiting one drink per person each hour and this was an open bar I was extremely disappointed the bartenders were very unprofessional and took it upon themselves to hide bottles

Very Disappointed with bartender
Our bartender for our wedding was extremely inexperienced (couldn’t make simple shots/drink) she mentioned she was told it was just beer and wine, which is incorrect because I have emails discussing our signature drinks, liquor, etc. but regardless if you’re a bartender you should know the very basics. I also had several of my guests tell me she was very rude. Our wedding was still amazing but this is unacceptable service.
