I hired Natalie for my daughter’s wedding based on a recommendation from my neighbor who used Natalie for their daughter’s wedding. Natalie was our day-of coordinator. We had a destination wedding and didn't meet Natalie until the week of the wedding, during our final walk-through. She handled our rehearsal (helping us corral 2 small children) the day before and flawlessly executed our wedding the next day. She did a beautiful job facilitating our reception setup, with all the little "extras" we brought to personalize the space. She thought of all the little details that never occurred to us. And she stayed late to make sure everything made it back to our room. We loved working with her, and talking to her throughout the day. Grateful, too, that she took the time to speak to our guests and got to know them a little bit as well, over the course of the day. Can't thank you enough, Natalie, for everything that you did to make our weekend so perfect and lovely!

Natalie was an excellent planner!! I originally wanted her for just the day of the wedding planning, however, she proved to be so valuable and knowledgeable and helpful, she wound up helping me for the month prior and the Sunday brunch after the wedding! From the seating chart to the sign in table, photographs, and direction before, during, and after the ceremony.

She was polite, made great suggestions. She was always eager to help and was very flexible. We communicated via text, email, and phone call.

She was perfect! On the day of my wedding, all I did was show up, like a princess in a fairly tale! She took care of everything! Musicians, caterers, set-up, photographers, decorating, and the DJ….she instructed and supervised all of this. During the reception, she even had to coach the DJ into the correct, requested music.

During the reception, Natalie was critical to guide us for photos, dancing, cake cutting, and buffet dining.

She
