From start to finish, working with Natalie was an absolute dream. She brought such a warm, friendly energy to every meeting that it truly felt like planning our wedding with a close friend. Her kindness and genuine care made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.
Beyond her wonderful personality, Natalie was incredibly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented — every aspect of our big day ran seamlessly thanks to her. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and handled every detail with grace and professionalism.

Natalie is amazing!!!
Natalie did such an amazing job making our wedding stress free. She has such a great attitude and is an expert wedding planner. I HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a wedding coordinator.
Our wedding was 50ish people on Amelia Island. Beach ceremony. Reception at Mocama brewery. -

We are so grateful for the support that Natalie gave us. We felt a lot of stress leading up to our big day, but Natalie was always calm and had everything under control. She suggested and introduced us to vendors (photo, video, floral, etc.) and helped us narrow down our options and negotiate contracts. Without her help, it would have been a lot harder to put together all of the little pieces.
On the big day, Natalie made sure that we could just enjoy our moment, she took care of everything and helped manage all the vendors, the venue staff, and the wedding party. She is a really good leader and can corral the wedding party for photos and entrances, she runs the show efficiently but also keeps it fun for everyone. Those types of people-skills are rare, it takes confidence and competence to pull it off!
We made the right decision choosing Natalie as our wedding planner, so if you are planning a wedding in NE Florida, we would highly recommend her! -

Natalie is the most incredible wedding planner in the world. I quite literally feel in debt to this wonderful lady. She absolutely KILLED every aspect of our wedding. Not only was she always there for us at the drop of a hat, but she genuinely cared for our mental wellbeing throughout the entire process. She was organized, poised, funny & she had our backs when times got stressful. I could sing her praises all day long. We LOVE Natalie and would recommend her services to anyone who is fortunate enough to cross paths with her. She truly gave us our dream wedding. 🤍💍 -

I hired Natalie for my daughter’s wedding based on a recommendation from my neighbor who used Natalie for their daughter’s wedding. As an event planner myself, I did the legwork of hiring all the vendors, created the vision and knew what I wanted. I hired Natalie for the month prior to the wedding and the day of, as weddings are not my event of choice. Plus I wanted to enjoy the day!!
Natalie was ON IT!!! She reviewed all the contracts, created the timeline for rehearsal dinner and wedding day. She arrived prepared always, on time, with all the answers and a cool head. Nothing ruffled Natalie’s feathers! And be of all, we are neighbors and now friends! Use her. You will not be disappointed!! -

Great Wedding Planner
As a first time MOB, I really needed a great guide to bring my daughter’s wedding vision to life.
Natalie was wonderful! We worked very well together and she helped immensely in coordinating everything for a long distance wedding. Everything turned out better than expected! -

When we decided to get married in 6 months I was really nervous and full of anxiety about the whole thing. After my first meeting with Natalie I was put at ease that this was going to go fine and completely confident that this timeline was doable. Right away she gave me connections with the best vendors that cover every catagory of wedding. Through the process anytime I had a question she made herself available if not by phone then by email. This made the process so much less stressful. On the 30 walk through, rehearsal, and the day of she was on time and on point not missing a single detail. The day of my wedding I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing because Natalie handled it all. If your getting married and aren’t sure if you want a planner? Get Natalie and I promise it will be the best decision you ever make. She was an absolute dream to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married ever. -

Natalie is a lifesaver. We truly could not have planned our wedding without her. If I could give any future bride or grooms any advice, it would be to save yourself the headaches and call Natalie! She was SO helpful from helping us choose the perfect venue to building an incredible group of vendors. She took care of so many big and small details even after the wedding was over. Her services are a MUST, and she is worth every penny! Not only is she incredible at planning weddings/events, but she is also SO much fun to be around. Oh where to begin. I will preface this by saying that I didn't truly understand what a wedding planner/coordinator does. I went into this feeling so overwhelmed until I saw Natalie do her thing. She coordinated the rehearsal and made sure to go through it a few times so I could see. She went through the line up and helped make changes where necessary. There were moments when a different plan would make sense and listening to her is the best thing I did. Now, on to the day of. I was a ball of many emotions let me tell you. Natalie was there every time to ensure me everything was okay. She even gave me a granola bar she stashed away for herself. Every direction I had for set up was done beyond my expectations. I knew that while she was there, there was nothing I needed to worry about aside from what the day truly stands for. The fact that I had guests telling me after how wonderful she was speaks for itself. I highly recommend Details Event Design. Thank you Natalie from the bottom of my heart for everything. -

I cannot recommend Natalie enough, at least 2 of the bridesmaids were heard to say that they wished she had been their planner! She was incredibly organized, she thought of everything, even the smallest details, to make for a truly beautiful and memorable wedding day that was stress free for the bride and the entire bridal party. She was so thoughtful and so incredibly pleasant to work with. Choose Natalie and you will be guaranteed a wonderful wedding day. -

After booking several vendors ourselves, my mom and I decided we needed professional help. We ended up getting Natalie's month of coordination service and it was probably the best money we spent. Natalie made our lives so much easier as the wedding approached. She was always responsive and her experience and knowledge of the industry showed at every moment as she guided us to the finish line. She helped us develop a timeline and finalized scheduling with all our vendors. To top it all off, during the wedding day she was made sure my husband and I got our signature drinks and appetizers while we did photography! Can't say enough good things! -
