Our mission is to take your ideas (while staying within your budget of course!) and transform them into a kickass party, err wedding. detailsdetails understands every couple is unique and that’s why our packages are too. From full planning and design, to wedding management, elopements, minimonies, surprise weddings and consulting hours, we’ll work with you to create the perfect fit wherever your wedding takes us. Yup. We go wherever you need us to go.
As someone who’s always marched to the beat of their own drum, we too favor the more eclectic approach to weddings than traditional. Anyone can get married in a church. Also, anyone can marry themselves in Colorado as self-solemnization is legal here. BUT – do you know who makes the best desserts? Or who can hook you up with a suit in a pinch? What about amazing florals? We’ve taken the guesswork out of wedding planning and are here to help get you hitched, in a stress-free and totally rad way. Mariah was one of the best investments for our big day and leading up to it. We originally hired her and her team to help with decor set up and tear down day of, but quickly realized the need and importance of hiring a wedding coordinator vs a day of coordinator. Mariah was available 24/7. She was quick to reply to questions and concerns and gave a lot of great advice and tips/tricks. She will truly help you organize your thoughts, your day, your vendors and keep you sane. We had hiccups with several vendors and she was there with us guiding us with advice and a calming energy every step of the way. She is open-minded, organized, strategic and fun! After all was said and done, during our reception we had a funky good time partying and enjoying the moment. I could not recommend Mariah more. She is a lifesaver and worth every single penny. HIGH RECOMMEND!-

Mariah Lehnert, owner of detailsdetails is a logistical genius. She knows the small things that we would never know without experience with a wedding before. She also sticks to the plan and handled everything behind the scenes during the day so that you don't notice a thing. She worked within our budget, and also gave us monthly meetings leading up to our wedding. We could not do this without her. She handled every challenge that came our way the day of and no one noticed a thing. -

Mariah is truly amazing! My fiancé and I deliberately wanted to work with a non-traditional wedding planner who not only was competent and experienced, but enthusiastic about our idea to create a medieval feast celebration. Mariah was fantastic at helping us plan our non-traditional castle-set, upscale medieval wedding. Mariah was stellar on all fronts. She was flexible, organized, and brought a great sense of humor.
