Our truffles are handmade in the Parisian style, each preservative-free and created with the utmost care and attention to detail. We offer over sixty flavors, from the classic milk or dark chocolate to the unique curry or honey. We can even create notable flavors just for you.

We offer a white box of two hand-selected truffles, adorned with ribbon to coordinate with your event. Notes can be added and designs can be customized for something distinctly unique, something distinctly you.

History
Established in 2008
Delysia Chocolatier was established in July 2008. Specializing in making custom flavored handmade truffles with wines, our first clients included Becker Vineyards, Stonehouse Vineyards, and Dy Comal Creek Vineyards. Our handmade truffles were featured at the 2008 & 2009 Austin Museum of Art's (AMOA) La Dolce Vita's Cigar Lounge. At the 2009 Texas Chocolate Festival, we won 1st Place in the Professional Chocolatier Category for our wasabi raspberry truffle, cigar truffle, and syrah truffle.

Meet the Business Owner: Nicole P.
Nicole is the proprietor of Delysia Chocolatier. Her lifelong love of baking and cooking impassioned her to turn a hobby into a business. Friends would often ask for truffles. As she continually experimented and created more flavors that everyone loved, she knew she was on to something. Nicole lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, three year old son Sebastien, and 4 month old son Colin.
