Delta Food Service Management was an absolute godsend for us when my daughter and her now husband were insistent on getting married a few weeks ago…in the middle of a global pandemic. We had the ceremony covered, as it was outdoors, but since indoor dining was still prohibited, we needed to come up with a safe alternative for the reception. With a month's notice, we decided to shift the reception location to the backyard, and with the help of Delta, we were able to make it happen and in the safest manner possible. Daniel & Stephanie are so good at what they do. They visited the backyard and helped us conceptualize where everything could go. Daniel & Stephanie are a dream to work with. They are so responsive and suggested ways to make the event comfortable and safer for all. Delta is a one stop shop—they provided us with all different sizes of tables to accommodate different size social bubbles, chairs, linens, lighting, AV equipment, and of course the most AMAZING food EVER! Chef Daniel and his team can get down and cook! Delta has a super extensive custom menu, and our guests were raving about the food for days! They made my daughter's wedding memorable! The entire Delta team from delivery to set up to take down made our day magical and we were able to focus on our daughter and son-in-law :) Thank you Daniel, Stephanie, and Delta team for making our kids’ dreams into a reality!

From beginning to end, Daniel & Stephanie were a pleasure to work with. They were on top of everything we requested and were thoroughly organized. Daniel (executive chef), Stephanie and the lovely staff helped put together the most amazing and unforgettable experience during our outdoor wedding at the Santa Anita Arboretum. Guests were raving so much about the food and drinks!! They passed canapes (small bites) and fine wines to pair, we had Spanish toast & taco bar stations, the 3-course dinner was magical, I’m still thinking of the swordfish and my husband still talks about the steak! Magical! Omg the chocolate tart ganache with a heart shape laced chip was beautifully done. My husband and I are still dreaming of them. We cannot thank them enough. Everyone said so many good things and left with full bellies.

Delta Food Service Management was beyond amazing!! They are a one stop shop. They offered us a full package including a dedicated event planner, catered our wedding (including cake), offered premium bar services that paired lovely wines with the food, served as our day-of coordinator and supplied us with professional bartenders and servers. Daniel was a dream to work with. He was super responsive and really helped guide my vision from day one. We received a ton of compliments on the food (we decided to switch it up, have some fun and had a full-on taco bar, spanish toast station and 3-course dinner). So much fun!!! And the cake turned out so beautiful, it exceeded all our expectations. DELTA is a one stop shop - they were able to provide everything from table linens to bistro lighting to miscellaneous items to rent. They totally transformed the venue and made it look so beautiful. I highly recommend their event planner and day of coordinator service. It was so nice to not have to worry about getting my personalized items there.
