A Northern Michigan native, I started my career in the hospitality industry at 15 years old. Not knowing that I would continue my career path through serving, bartending, then managing and sales. I moved to Chicago in 2006, where I expanded my knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. If there's one city to grow in this industry, Chicago is it! I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kendall College, a nationally acclaimed culinary arts and top hospitality management college. I received my degree in Hospitality Management with a main focus in Meeting & Event Planning and Sports & Leisure. Over my time in the city, I submerged myself in the catering and events world, mainly within the restaurant industry with a strong corporate planning background, working for well-known hospitality groups such as The Revel Group & Limelight Catering, Lettuce Entertain You, What If... Syndicate (Maple & Ash and etta), and Atomic Hospitality. In 2020 I moved my family back to northern Michigan, where I continued my career in hospitality. And, in 2021 began my role as Catering Sales Manager at Delamar Traverse City— now learning the hotel & resort side of the business and my new found passion for wedding planning.
Over the past year, I have helped couples create the wedding they had always dreamed of. From small weddings with 20 people in attendance to larger weddings with 190 guests, I know every couple wants their day to be uniquely theirs. I look forward to helping you bring your vision to life, creating memories to last a lifetime.
