Mary and Chef Chris were absolutely amazing. Our guests have not stopped talking about the food and asking who we used. Mary was very accommodating to any requests I had or help I needed. They were just outstanding with their service and the wait staff was amazing. I never really noticed them but they completely cleaned our tables and served our cake to all of guests without any interruption to the event.

Del Norte Taco catered my daughter's wedding at the T&P Station in Ft Worth and the food was great. Mary and her staff were very professional and a month later I am still getting questions about where I got the food from.

The food was wonderful, and they were so caring about the special food needs we had. The service at teh reception was great!

Food to die for!!! Chris and Mary are amazing people and their food cannot be beat! Everyone at our reception kept asking how we found them and if they could use them for their next event. Chris and Mary were both extremely helpful in making sure that every aspect of our lunch was covered from Cake, to Champagne toast, to napkins! I could not have made the lunch go as smoothly as it did with out all of their help.

They also have two restaurants, one in Godly and one in Cresson. My husband and I love to go eat out there even though it is a little bit of a drive! I highly recommend using them for any occasion!

We had never visited this establishment as we live out of town. Upon first arriving, I was thinking "really?" But don't let the outside fool you. After sampling several different items, we were SOLD!! Everything was so delicious we had a hard time choosing just a few items. The day of the wedding was perfect. The only think I might have done differently was dressing up the buffet table a little more. It looked a little bare. But there was no time for that on the day of the wedding. I should have been a little more clear on how that was set up. But more importantly----the food was delicious!!! We have since traveled the 60 miles or so to eat here again! Delicous everytime!

Let me start off by saying that Del Norte in Godley does have fantastic food, it was the reason we wanted to use their catering service for our wedding. However, the service was less than desirable and a huge disappointment. Not worth the money.

Mary (one of the owners) was perfect every time we met with her (twice) to review the food. We went over how the food would be served, drinks being served, etc. And she was great about responding to emails as well. HOWEVER, we found out the week of the wedding that she wouldn't be the one at the wedding, she was sending another girl to cover, that should have been red flag number 1.

Her staff busted out the back door during our vows and interrupted the ceremony. This was the most disheartening of everything that happened.

Rehearsal dinner food: huge let down, the kabobs had 1-2 pieces of meat, versus the 4-5 large pieces we had during the tasting.

Wedding Food:
It was 1/4 the size we had during the tasting. It was supposed to be a large brisket enchilada, it was the size of my finger and it was cold.

Drinks and Service:
We paid for 3 bartenders, only had 2. They served our wine in solo cups, not the provided wine tumblers.They threw the top of my cake into the fridge unwrapped - and it was supposed to all be served to guests.

We paid for 13 wait staff, they were found in groups of 5-6 outside smoking or on their phones most of the night. They were hired to clean and only did so after they were told the 3rd time. $25 an hour to stand there all night. I'm not sure we had 13 total.

Our tea (32 gallons) was never served. Juice boxes for the kids were never served, We found it all still in the fridge the next day.1000 beer cups were never used, they did not save the bride and groom appetizers.

Mary has been unresponsive, only saying she wished she could go back in time.

Every other vendor we had gets a solid 5, Del Norte was very disappointing.
