Facilities and Capacity
The property's Mediterranean-style Stone House offers an intimate ceremony space in the historical and elegant ballroom, with black-and-white checkered floors and crystal chandeliers. Host your magnificent wedding reception in this space which can hold up to 1000 guests. The Grand Lawn is perfect for outdoor cocktail receptions and wedding ceremonies with its views of the glistening ocean. While you and your photographer explore the grounds for breathtaking backdrops, guests can stroll through the first and second floors of the Stone House. You may also choose to enjoy dinner and dancing under the stars in the Courtyard. You and your guests can feel the fresh sea breeze in the air as you toast to a lifetime of making memories together.

Deering Estate offers venue rental services for weddings and other special events. This property can host wedding ceremonies and receptions, from intimate to grand, and other wedding-related events. Wedding rehearsals can take place on the premises with up to 30 guests. They offer the flexibility to bring in your own team of caterers, florists, and decorations to create your desired wedding vision.

History
The Deering Estate was originally a winter home, owned by Charles Deering who was the first chairman of the International Harvest Company. Deering was an avid environmentalist and art collector who took pride in his philanthropic efforts. This 1920s-era property was once a hotel but it's now preserved as part of the National Register of Historic Places.
