I'm Debra Green, a custom bridal designer based in Irvine, California. At Debra Green Design, I guide each bride through a thoughtful, intimate process from first sketch to final fitting. I work with brides throughout Southern California — including Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego — who are willing to come to my Irvine studio for their meetings and fittings. Here's how it works:

Complimentary Consultation

We'll start with a relaxed conversation — in person, over Zoom, or via FaceTime — to talk about the dress you've always imagined. Together, we'll explore silhouettes and styles that complement your unique figure, and establish a clear price that covers everything: design, pattern, construction, fittings, and final delivery. Wedding gowns start at $5,000, with most pricing around $6,500. Please note: fabric is not included in this price and is purchased separately.

Your Custom Pattern

Once we've defined your vision, I'll draft a pattern made specifically for your body. We'll refine every detail before a single piece of fabric is cut — ensuring a perfect fit and giving us a precise idea of exactly how much fabric your gown requires.

I'll direct you to my friends at Mood Fabrics in Los Angeles — the same store featured on Project Runway — where you'll choose from an exquisite selection of silks, laces, and more. Their designers are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, never pushy. When my schedule allows, I love joining brides for this part! Because fabric is your investment to make separately, you stay in full control of both your budget and your vision.

Construction & Fittings

Beauty takes time — and this is where the magic happens. We'll meet at my home studio in Irvine for a series of fittings (the number depends on your design's complexity). We'll sip wine, talk wedding planning, and work through every detail until your gown is nothing short of perfect.

The Final Reveal

Bring your mom, your best friend, or whoever makes you feel most loved. When you put on your finished gown, you'll know it was worth every moment.
