Davis Event Space offers you multiple ways to celebrate your happily ever after! Our beautiful, historic wedding venue is one of the most affordable venues available in the Kansas City Metro area. We can accommodate both larger weddings without being overly crowded or smaller weddings wanting an intimate feel. Our wedding packages include full use of our entire venue (Davis Ballroom and Harlan Loft) and we help you plan and create the atmosphere you are wanting for your wedding day.

From the moment you walk into the 1915 historic brick building, you will fall in LOVE with Davis Event Space.
Historically renovated, and designed for weddings, the Davis Ballroom is a one of a kind space with award winning service. The 5,700-square foot ballroom has exposed brick walls, beautiful natural light, custom chandeliers with Edison bulbs, a grand staircase, a custom bar, bi-fold garage door, and an intimate patio off the ballroom for your guests to enjoy. There is also a large catering kitchen, a grooms room on the first floor. The 2nd floor is the Harlan Loft featuring a stunning bridal suite, and the 2nd floor also has a multipurpose area perfect for photos and rehearsal dinners. Our building was the recipient of the 2018 Missouri Preservation Award for Outstanding Historic Renovation. Tours are given by appointment, so contact the owner Jill to schedule your tour today!

Facilities and Capacity: Davis Event Space offers a diverse number of setups to fit your event. We have hosted over 200 weddings since opening in 2017 including intimate weddings under 50, the most common, 125-200. We can also accommodate large weddings with Oscar style seating and receptions for 275+
