Katie and Michael were so great to work with. They were extremely easy to communicate with, and understood what we were interested in based on our limited knowledge of floral design. They gave our vision life and personality that was even better than we could have imagined.

They were especially helpful in explaining our options for how we could use flowers in the various spaces, and also helped us to think about how we could repurpose some following our ceremony. This was great as we had a small wedding and still wanted to fill our venue.

The flowers were beautiful and the experience was stress free. Wonderful all around!

Katie and the D&D team blew us away as our wedding florist! The planning process was really collaborative and fun, and D&D was able to take our vague vision and bring it to stunning life. Everything from the ceremony setting, centerpieces, bar pieces, my bouquet, last-minute requests - we were so impressed and moved by how beautiful everything came out. We had so many guests approach us during and after the wedding to talk about our flowers, from the subtle nuances to the large-scale, big-impact pieces. Katie and team came to us with really great ideas, and then executed flawlessly across our entire wedding weekend.

Katie and her team did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. She’s a total professional, and if you let her do her thing she will make flower magic! I wanted colorful wildflower summer solstice vibes for our wedding and Katie’s mood board had me excited but I can’t say I was prepared for how gorgeous everything turned out. As the bridal party and I were all getting ready I had to take a quick trip outside to the reception tent to peek at the flowers and they were just SO good. One of my favorite things we did was ask Katie and her team to move the ceremony arch after the ceremony and group photos so that we could repurpose it as our photobooth backdrop. Katie was super responsive even as we made some changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding. And she made the best flower collars for my dogs 😍 The photos speak for themselves!

I cannot recommend Dark & Diamond highly enough. Katie and Michael are an incredible team. They took my very high level ideas/visions and executed them beyond expectation. From the beginning, Katie was so diligent and deliberate in understanding my vision, asking really thoughtful questions along the way. Leading up to the wedding, Katie and Michael were very intentional in ensuring that the floral design lined up with the rest of the tables/design. On the day of the wedding, my jaw consistently dropped when I saw the incredible work that they did. In the six months since our wedding, I have received countless compliments about the flowers at our wedding, including from my cousin's husband, who is a florist in India and was in awe of Katie and Michael's work. I would hire Dark & Diamond again in a heartbeat!

We cannot say enough good things about Katie and Michael. They completely brought our vision to life, were an absolute pleasure to work with and executed a very large installation with many details. Katie and Michael were detail-oriented and very experienced. They are true artists. They made the space come alive. No detail was spared. The flowers and design for the wedding exceeded our wildest expectations. We loved everything they did from start to finish. As the bride, the wedding day was a complete blur and I only had moments to admire how efficiently Katie and her team executed the most stunning florals for our day. I actually have no words to describe the genius that is Katie + Michael. They are incredibly talented humans with hearts of gold and a beautiful and fun child that is the kindest!
