We had a Southern wedding theme and decided it would be fun to have miniature, 2 bite size pies to serve our guests at our wedding. Darby's Bakery did a FABULOUS job. They did a wonderful assortment of delicious pies including apple, strawberry rhubarb, peach blueberry (my favorite) and pecan bourbon. They went like wild fire and our guests raved about them. To stick with tradition, they also did a 2 tier wedding cake for us that was so elegant. I would highly recommend Darby's for your wedding desserts!
