Dano's collection of original and classic calypso, soca, reggae, rock, and latin favorites will lift up your next party or event with the carefree energy of island music. Musical entertainment may be booked as a steel drum solo, duo, or trio with accompanying rhythm tracks or unplugged/acoustic. We can be an instrumental band or have added vocals. Dano's Island Sounds offers it's unique entertainment for special event concerts, cocktail parties, beach events, weddings, receptions, casinos, corporate functions, clubs, and house parties.

Share the joy of your day with some of the world's happiest music. You and your guests are sure to catch the festive spirit of Dano's Island Sounds whether the event is small or large.

When the bridal party starts down the aisle Dano can perform Israel "Iz" Kamakawiwo'ole's version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" for an island processional, transformed to something new by the sound of a steel drum. You and your guests will be delighted by music that is traditional with a fresh new sound. Or you can choose "Canon in D" or even "One Love" by Bob Marley or any song from Dano's wedding ceremony repertoire. As the bride enters it is time to play "Here Comes Bride." After the ceremony, the newly married couple can walk down the isle together as Dano plays his Calypso version of the "Wedding March." Your joy and the music together will fill the air.

How does this work? Dano can perform as a steel drum solo or as a duo with accompanying background tracks that include bass, drums and guitar providing a full sound. What you will be listening to are Dano's original arrangements. For the special time when the bride walks down the isle the music will be unique--only the sound of a live steel drum. All cues will be timed perfectly for this dramatic moment.
