Daniel is absolutely amazing. From the moment we had our google meet, I knew he was the photographer I was going to go with. He has such positive energy and really tries to get to know you as a couple and not a transaction. He was absolutely amazing on my wedding day. Obsessed with the sneak peeks and can't wait to see the rest. I cannot say enough about him. Highly recommend :)

We cannot recommend Daniel highly enough. He is a consummate professional and a master at what he does.

First and foremost, the movies that he made for us were breathtaking. We chose Daniel after seeing the sample films on his website; the quality quotient of those films was above and beyond anyone else’s that we’d seen and so we knew the bar would be high. However, even that couldn’t prepare us for how amazing it was to see our own film; it truly felt like we had come out of a Hollywood set. All the little comments and notes that we’d sent him were incorporated in the most beautiful ways and the editing really recaptured all the most magical moments of our day.

Just as importantly, Daniel displayed an absolute masterclass on how to make the wedding day effortless and enjoyable as a vendor. Daniel went above and beyond in working with us to optimize our schedule, letting us know which parts of the day historically take longer than planned, where we might want to build in time buffers, etc, helping ensure that the day went as smoothly as possible. He also kindly offered his time before the wedding to better get to know us personally and to get additional shots ahead of the chaos that is the wedding day.

Daniel displayed boundless creativity in getting the best shot possible, making the most out of any background and lighting. We have not yet seen our final video but if the shots he shared during the day and his body of work are representative (that’s why we chose him after all), we have absolute confidence in the delivery of a tremendous product.

One thing that stands out about Daniel is his attention to detail. He put in the work to scout our locations ahead of time (not just the venue but also our getting ready location, first look location, etc), which was extremely appreciated. His detail-orientation also came through in the questions he asked us before the process began. He sought to understand our history and relationship, our personalities and the parts of our wedding that meant the most to us in order to best craft our story.

He is very easy to speak to and work with, which made all the mundane aspects of the day (posing, getting shots) enjoyable and effortless. One understated quality in a videographer / photographer is their ability to direct the wedding party, other vendors as well as any crowds (especially in NYC!) to get the perfect shots and Daniel was absolutely able to step up to the role to capture perfection in every shot.

We would also note that Daniel was quick, prompt, and insightful with all his replies, giving us tremendous peace of mind that he was on top of our event. We would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to anyone and plan to actively recommend him to any of our friends that are getting married.

While I didn't choose this vendor due to our own budget for the wedding, I am willingly taking my time to write this review because he has been above and beyond. You rarely come across someone who simply wants to be helpful, regardless of whether you choose him or not. Daniel was so generous with his help and he has spoken to me for about 2 hrs during the initial consultation. Even after I told him frankly that I don't think we'll be able to hire him given the budget, he offered to lend his expertise in choosing the right videographer. While I'm still searching for one, his feedback and input have been helpful and I deeply appreciate it, because he doesn't need to put in time to do that for us. Every once in a while you just come across someone who's genuinely well-intended and is a kind human being, and Daniel is one of them. I think any couple would be so lucky to work with him! I was tempted to increase our budget and hire him, but my partner and I had envisioned a small intimate wedding with a certain budget. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends who plan their wedding in the future!
