**BRIDES BEWARE**

We fell in love with a dress on DangDang’s Website, and against all advise opted to chose this method as it was a considerable cost saving. After being professionally measured we sent the details to the factory to be made. The dress arrived as promised completely the wrong color and at elast 2 sizes too big. Echo then went on to tell us that the reason the color is different is they dont actually stock the colors in the pictures, even though there is an option on their website to order the color in the picture so they made it the color they thought. As for the sizing, we have had to go to considerable cost to get the dress altered to fit and look something like it was supposed to. Apparantly the size issue was our fault even us validating with two independant tailors that the factory made the mistake, they just werent interested. We ordered a seperate jacket which was too small, and the dress way too big so how can our sizes be so wrong. The factory claimed to have made the jacket for free yet we have found debits on our card that proves otherwise. STAY AWAY from this company.. poor quality, poor craftsmanship and even more poor customer service.
