We hosted a memorial service this past weekend for my Mom & Dad at the Library Firehall. Cyd catered it for us. Not only was Cyd and her team so polite and attentive, the food was absolutely amazing. Our family couldn’t believe how good EVERY dish was. The only thing that could’ve been better was if my parents were there to enjoy the buffet. Everything was packed up neatly for us at the end. We highly recommend using Cyd and her team for any type of event. You’ll be amazed too.

Cyd made my fiance and I feel instantly at ease! She reminds us of one of our family members! Unlike other vendors, she let's you choose the entire menu instead of forcing you to pick from preselected packages.

Cyd and her team are INCREDIBLE! They are so down to earth, easy to work with, and will adapt without blinking! Not to mention the most important part, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! I love that fact that Cyd and Sue will truly sit and plan your menu with you based on what you like, what food will go together and be crowd pleasers, and what can fit into your budget. There was no guessing AND we got to try everything during a tasting with all of her brides (and their families) for that year. It was a great way to see how the food will actually taste when it is being made for hundreds of people instead of just two. We received SO many compliments on our food its unreal and still have people calling me for her information. Cyd went above and beyond just the food.... her team set up our cookie table and other desserts, helped with the champagne toast, set up our memory table and seating arrangement, and provided the bartenders (who were WONDERFUL). Anything I asked, they were on it no questions asked! We had 3 buffet lines at our wedding and had nearly 400 people through in just one hour. Now that is unheard of! You can't go wrong with having Cyd as your caterer!

Cyd and her staff are some of the most genuine, caring people you will ever work with. She was a huge help in our entire wedding process (not just the food!). The prices are extremely reasonable, and you get SO much food. We did a buffet and Cyd was adamant about everyone getting their food quickly. It worked out so well, we were still eating when the last table got their food! (We had about 130 guests). Our menu was full of old favorites like stuffed cabbage and fried chicken, and it was all delicious. We are still getting compliments about how incredible the food was. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. My family and I are racking our brains trying to think of an event we can host just so we can have Cyd as our caterer again!

Planned for Cyd West Comfort Catering to cater a bridal shower. Communicated with staff for months before. I have emails confirming menu, final count, time of arrival and final invoice. Did not show up for the event and when I called in a panic, I was asked “What do you want me to do?” Do not trust this caterer.
