I recently hired this vendor for my wedding catering and I could not be happier with their service. I am SO glad we picked Crown Point Catering to cater our wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum. Their customer service is fabulous and the food quality is out of this world. My partner and I were so awed by the tasting we did with them and were even more shocked that they could scale up to 160 people and have it be just as delicious as our initial tasting. My husband is somewhat of an at-home chef and it was super important to us to have awesome food, and when our guests raved about it we were so happy!!! I'm so happy we decided to go with Crown Point for our wedding. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests. We did reception style stations and the Italian station, dim sum station, and taco station. The staff was very friendly and they were having a good time. We also had two bartenders for our open bar. We worked with Orsika and she was very friendly and helpful. She even packed us a bunch of food to take with us in a really pretty box when we left the venue. Her team went above and beyond and did not disappoint!!

Crown Point catered our wedding at The Ultimate Skybox in downtown San Diego. They provided us with exceptional service from start to finish. They helped us to create a customized menu that really fit our needs for the event. The food was absolutely delicious and their service during the event was amazing. So many of our guests have commented to us about how great the food at our wedding was.

Choosing Crown Point Catering for our wedding last month was the best vendor decision we made. Kerensa and her team literally made our wedding amazing.

First and foremost, the food was unbelievably good. We opted for a station menu, with three stations--so guests could try one, two, or all three stations. We had SO MANY compliments on the food. A particular highlight was the beef tenderloin, so tender and melt-in-the-mouth (worth splashing out the extra for!). The salads and accompaniments were also all stunning. The food at the wedding with 80 guests was definitely every bit as good as the tasting my husband-to-be and I did beforehand.

Second, Kerensa went above and beyond to help us at every step of the way, from a first phone call, to the tasting, to the wedding itself. She was always quick to respond to all emails and answered all questions--and we asked her a lot of questions! :)

We also contracted our furniture rentals through Crown Point Catering, which meant we didn't have to worry about coordinating with a rental company on top of everything else. Kerensa took care of that side of things too which was wonderful!

Crown Point Catering wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but it was worth every penny. We couldn't have been happier with the service, the food, and with Kerensa and her colleagues.

AMAZINGGGGG!!!! I worked with Kim and she was so patient and helpful. Had some back and forth with what we wanted and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. We walked through the venue together and she helped me decide where to put things, offering suggestions when I was overwhelmed and indecisive, and just being really amazing from start to finish! We got so many compliments on the food from our guests! The display was beautiful and all of their staff was so attentive, checking on me and my husband (!) throughout the event to be sure we'd eaten, even bringing apps to us during the cocktail hour when we were having our pictures taken with family. There are only a couple of things I'd do differently and eating more of the food is one of them… not because I was hungry, but because it was so delicious!!! I did not set out to have the food be a highlight of our event but in the end it absolutely was and I couldn't be happier!

CPC was absolutely amazing. After our grand entrance we had people coming up to us already gushing about the food. The mini California burritos for tray pass was a hit. I was so worried about doing station but there was too much food to go around and everyone loved getting to make their own plates. All the servers were extremely polite and helpful and really managed to serve a lot of drunk people without any issues. They were absolutely wonderful and I am going to recommend them to any and every bride I come in contact with!

Omar was fantastic. The food was delicious. My wedding was perfect thanks to Crown Point.
Before the wedding, Omar quickly put us at ease. He is so friendly, and you know he knows what he is talking about. He had many suggestions to personalize the reception, and never tried to up-sell. The week before the wedding, we asked if we should get heat lamps. He said we didn't need them (and boy was he right! It was hot!) I trusted his every decision!
Every single comment I heard after the wedding included how delicious our food was. With many vegetarian friends, and families with special diets, I was afraid the food quality would lack, but that was not the case at all. A menu of stations gave plenty of options for everyone.
On the day of the wedding, the service was incredible. Neither my husband nor I ever had to ask for anything! Omar delivered food to our tables, and we were never without a drink in our hands! Family and friends were concerned that we would not eat on our wedding, but in fact, we were full!
I will recommend Omar and Crown Point to any of my friends getting married in the San Diego area!
