    Happy Bride on Wedding Day

    I recently hired this vendor for my wedding catering and I could not be happier with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make my day special. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I received so many compliments from my guests about how much they enjoyed the meal. The vendor exceeded my expectations and I left my event feeling grateful for their contribution to such a special day. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of catering.     Food to die for!

    I'm so happy we decided to go with Crown Point for our wedding. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests. We did reception style stations and the Italian station, dim sum station, and taco station. The staff was very friendly and they were having a good time. We also had two bartenders for our open bar. We worked with Orsika and she was very friendly and helpful. She even packed us a bunch of food to take with us in a really pretty box when we left the venue. Her team went above and beyond and did not disappoint!!

    Awesome food at our wedding

    Crown Point catered our wedding at The Ultimate Skybox in downtown San Diego. They provided us with exceptional service from start to finish. They helped us to create a customized menu that really fit our needs for the event. The food was absolutely delicious and their service during the event was amazing. So many of our guests have commented to us about how great the food at our wedding was.

    Incredible wedding food and service

    Choosing Crown Point Catering for our wedding last month was the best vendor decision we made. Kerensa and her team literally made our wedding amazing.

    First and foremost, the food was unbelievably good. We opted for a station menu, with three stations--so guests could try one, two, or all three stations. We had SO MANY compliments on the food. A particular highlight was the beef tenderloin, so tender and melt-in-the-mouth (worth splashing out the extra for!). The salads and accompaniments were also all stunning. The food at the wedding with 80 guests was definitely every bit as good as the tasting my husband-to-be and I did beforehand.

    Second, Kerensa went above and beyond to help us at every step of the way, from a first phone call, to the tasting, to the wedding itself. She was always quick to respond to all emails and answered all questions--and we asked her a lot of questions! :)

    We also contracted our furniture rentals through Crown Point Catering, which meant we didn't have to worry about coordinating with a rental company on top of everything else. Kerensa took care of that side of things too which was wonderful!

    Crown Point Catering wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but it was worth every penny. We couldn't have been happier with the service, the food, and with Kerensa and her colleagues.

    AMAZINGGGGG!!!! I worked with Kim and she was so patient and helpful. Had some back and forth with what we wanted and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. We walked through the venue together and she helped me decide where to put things, offering suggestions when I was overwhelmed and indecisive, and just being really amazing from start to finish! We got so many compliments on the food from our guests! The display was beautiful and all of their staff was so attentive, checking on me and my husband (!) throughout the event to be sure we'd eaten, even bringing apps to us during the cocktail hour when we were having our pictures taken with family. There are only a couple of things I'd do differently and eating more of the food is one of them… not because I was hungry, but because it was so delicious!!! I did not set out to have the food be a highlight of our event but in the end it absolutely was and I couldn't be happier!

    CPC was absolutely amazing. After our grand entrance we had people coming up to us already gushing about the food. The mini California burritos for tray pass was a hit. I was so worried about doing station but there was too much food to go around and everyone loved getting to make their own plates. All the servers were extremely polite and helpful and really managed to serve a lot of drunk people without any issues. They were absolutely wonderful and I am going to recommend them to any and every bride I come in contact with!

    Omar was fantastic. The food was delicious. My wedding was perfect thanks to Crown Point.
    Before the wedding, Omar quickly put us at ease. He is so friendly, and you know he knows what he is talking about. He had many suggestions to personalize the reception, and never tried to up-sell. The week before the wedding, we asked if we should get heat lamps. He said we didn't need them (and boy was he right! It was hot!) I trusted his every decision!
    Every single comment I heard after the wedding included how delicious our food was. With many vegetarian friends, and families with special diets, I was afraid the food quality would lack, but that was not the case at all. A menu of stations gave plenty of options for everyone.
    On the day of the wedding, the service was incredible. Neither my husband nor I ever had to ask for anything! Omar delivered food to our tables, and we were never without a drink in our hands! Family and friends were concerned that we would not eat on our wedding, but in fact, we were full!
    I will recommend Omar and Crown Point to any of my friends getting married in the San Diego area!

    Fabulous service. Guests still raving about the delicious food. The decor they used was the wow factor. They could not be easier to work with. We loved loved loved Crown Point and Lori Hastings!

    Crown Point Catering provides excellent food, at very reasonable prices! They also have very friendly and attentive staff. They have a wide variety of options, and will work with you, so that you can have the exact food that you want. They were wonderful to work with!

    It's 3 days after the wedding and I'm still getting comments from guests about how wonderful the food was at our wedding. Everything on the menu was delicious! All night guests were raving about the fabulous sangria and the amazing food. The menu highlights were the brie quesadillas and the gorgonzola ravioli. YUM!! Omar was fabulous and added all of my crazy ideas to the menu, and they all turned out great. The staff the night of was wonderful. Nothing was overlooked, food went out quickly and most importantly my guests were all happy and full! Gabby was our event manager~ Between her and my Day of Coordinator I didn't have to worry about a thing. Those girls had me covered! THANK YOU!!!

    We chose Crown Point because the food was delicious at the tasting and we weren't disappointed. Orsika helped me design a great menu based on my preferences and was really helpful with suggestions in regards to food, stations, linens, etc. She also offered alternatives to bring the costs down from the original proposal given my budget. I did go over budget slightly but the value was there and I don't regret it. The only aspect of my review that got 4 stars instead of 5 was responsiveness because I didn't always hear back right away, but I did always hear back when necessary. This didn't bother me much personally, but I think if I were a high-stress person it might. The day before and the day of the wedding all of the staff was wonderful and everything went off without a hitch, and so much of that is thanks to Crown Point. Things went smoothly, staff made sure bride and groom were fed and taken care of, champagne toast was great, and seriously the food was SO GOOD. I mean, I thought it tasted great but we also got lots of praise from wedding guests (including a few chefs and caterers in the crowd) about how good the food was. I have zero hesitations recommending Crown Point Catering.

    Crown Point has amazing food for a lower cost than most caterers I checked out. I didnt have to worry about a thing and everything tasted just as good at the wedding as it did at the tasting.

    Of all the caterers we did food tastings with, Crown Point was the best quality. The food was delicious and we were very well taken care of during the wedding. Our guests were so impressed by presentation. We had comments that the food was the best that they have ever had at a wedding and was very memorable. Omar was very helpful in choosing linens, and with the room layout. Crown Point is not too flexible with pricing, but their pricing is pretty average and a good value.

    Hold off on the tipping until the day after the wedding when you can evaluate whether everything has been done and anything was missing
