CrossFit ACT works hard at getting it's members in shape not only for the big day, but also for every day life. Working in conjunction with a coach in a class setting, CrossFit ACT jump starts a lifestyle change for the bride-to-be and the wedding party. We use a combination of strength and metabolic conditioning (cardio), along with nutritional guidance, for an overall healthy image. You will not "get big" from lifting; we promote lean muscle mass. We can accommodate specific goals, or just introduce you to a basic fitness regiment. First class is always free. Our coaches are here to help you, not yell at you; all workouts are performed at your own pace and are scaled to fit any ability.
