Unprofessional company
I booked this company for my upcoming wedding and I have not heard back from anyone pertaining to details on my wedding. I paid the first deposit >600$ and got another email requesting the same amount. I have called, emailed, reached out via social media with no response. The only response I received was an email for a second invoice. This is completely unprofessional and unethical the communication through this company, I was not able to get my first payment back either!! Now 60 days out from my wedding I have to plan everything. I’m highly disappointed and would appreciate some communication back. I’m not the only one this has happened to unfortunately.
