My bridal party and I all had great experiences; lovely hair and makeup!

The salon sent over 3 ladies that day….1 seemed to be an assistant and the other 2 ladies worked the hair. We were very happy with the end results. I have to give them (and Sharon, our makeup artist (see my review for Face First Makeup)) extra kudos because unlike typical weddings, I was unable to go in for a trial since I live out-of-state. With that said, a couple girls brought photos, the rest of us just explained our vision and we all ended up with fab hair.

There was a little bit of miscommunication from the start. I had planned for them to come to our venue to do hair and makeup. For some reason, they told me about two months before my wedding that they were unable to do this anymore. The day of the wedding ended up being a lot of fun! The ladies at the salon did a great job with our hair and makeup. It was a little crowded and there wasn't really one area we could all be together. I think it would've worked better had the wedding party been a little smaller. Overall though, we were very happy with our hair and makeup! They did a great job.

Craig Berns did a great job on my hair. It turned out beautiful. But, the makeup artist kind of made me look like a clown. Maybe I wasn't specific enough in what I wanted. They also overbooked their bridal appointments, so we had to cancel one of my bridesmaids makeup appointments in order to leave on time for the church. They didn't even try to help make the situation better.
