Easy to work with, on time, and smooth experience day of :) happy we went with Coxsackie

We had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic and Alison at Coxsackie was very helpful and honored our contract literally a year later than we initially agreed. Had a 38 person bus and a 40 person bus. Both were very nice and the service was great. On time and friendly drivers. Very organized.

We used both the limo and the limo bus for our wedding this May, and Coxsackie ran everything so smoothly. They were on time, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other vendors in the area. Had a great experience working with Cox Transport. We got married at a barn venue in Cox and used Cox Transport to shuttle people to and from our wedding to our after party in Downtown Cox (used the 24 person bus). The office was very polite and professional, and so was our driver. She had no issues constantly shuttling people around the local area, and overall they are very flexible about the run route. All you need to do is book them for a 4 hour shift. My husband also used them to shuttle them around for longer distances as he had his bachelor party in the area and used them to shuttle them from West Copake to Saratoga. They have a myriad of buses too - from small sprinters to bigger vans.

A fantastic experience with CITransport! Joy (Office Management) was incredibly receptive to my ideas/thoughts about how I could use the buses to and from our guests' hotels and our Wedding Venue, and helped me to figure out how the back and forth (between more than one hotel, with 2 pick-up and drop off times) would work out!
Most importantly she worked with me, following a last minute resort cancellation {that really got me panicked}, but she was very: "don't worry, we will make sure that our part works out just fine" about the whole thing! A god-sent response at that point!!
My only suggestion is to make sure that you have a cell number for the driver(s) prior to the Big Day (since at night the Office is closed, and if there are any day-of changes for pick-up, late drop-off, you will want a contact number by which to reach the driver).

The team at Coxsackie was always responsive and professional. They were flexible when we requested additional stops, and the drivers personally called me to confirm the trip which was a great touch and made me feel very confident. The buses were clean and lovely at an extremely reasonable price.

We hired Coxsackie Transport to provide transportation for our wedding guests too and from our venue. With the windy roads in the area we didn't want our guests to worry about getting themselves back to their hotels. Our driver Carlos was wonderful and took good care of all of our friends and family. Coxackie Transport were very easy to work with, even though I was planning the wedding from out of town. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I has a great experience working with Lynette. I changed the timeline a few times and each time she responded promptly and professionally.
The day before the wedding, the driver called me to introduce himself and confirm the arrangements. Sometime after the wedding, Lynette called me to make sure all was well. I highly recommend using this vendor. The shuttle was on time, the bus was clean and the driver was friendly.
