Not having to stress about how my guests were getting from the hotels to the venue and back at the end at the night was an AMAZING feeling. Our guests had only positive remarks on the service. Overall we were super pleased with our experience with Tech Valley. We hired a shuttle to take our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. Trent was really responsive leading up to the day and figuring out contract details, and on the day of the wedding we weren't worried about a thing! The first wave of guests made it to the venue as scheduled, but then the shuttle didn't come back with the rest of the guests! We hadn't heard from anyone, so my husband called Trent to investigate and it turns out the engine overheated and the driver had to pull over and never made it back to the hotel.
Fortunately our guests were able to Uber and carpool to the venue and we didn't end up too behind schedule, but we were all pretty worried!
A heads up that something was amiss would have been great rather than us having to track someone down to find half our guests, but everything was right as rain by the end of the night and everyone took the shuttle back no problem.
Trent even volunteered to refund us for the missed run, which was much appreciated!
Overall we would absolutely recommend Tech Valley to anyone in need of a shuttle :)

The shuttle was very clean and nice. Booking it was an ease I received quick responses. The driver was friendly, on time and accommodating

A major plus of this company was how responsive they were. Karen was available by phone and email and was consistently polite and helpful. A pretty serious issue, however, was that one of the drivers got lost on the way back from the venue to our hotel and a guest had to direct them. This was late at night and could have been much more of a problem if one of our guests had not been on Google Maps at the time and noticed the issue.

Our wedding was scheduled for June 2020. We ended up cancelling due to state restrictions not allowing us to have the wedding we planned; therefore did not need transportation.

This company will keep your deposit NO MATTER WHAT. Don't give them your money unless you know 100% you will be having your event.

DO NOT BOOK with this company. They are a nightmare - we booked a wedding shuttle over a year in advance of our wedding. Three weeks before, they called me to say they didn't have a bus available. Completely ignoring their obligations under their own contract, they refused to work toward an alternate solution such as using other vehicles in their fleet to cover our event. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is the last thing you want before a big event. Unfortunately, Tech Valley Shuttle was the worst experience for our wedding weekend. We paid for our guests to be shuttled back and forth from the hotel in Lake George to the venue two miles away in Lake George. Kern, our driver, seemed like he hated to be there. We asked if we could have the radio on since it’s was a fun party atmosphere and he turned on talk radio quietly. He didn’t say two words to anyone and was extremely unfriendly based on his expressions and lack of responding to passengers. Some guests who were pregnant wanted to leave one hour before the event officially ended and while we were paying for his service. He was sleeping in the drivers seat. They had to knock on the door to wake him up and they walked in and he stayed parked. They asked if he could drive them down the street to the hotel and he said “do you really think I’m only going to take you guys?” That’s why we purchased your shuttle… just a disappointment for all passengers. We purchased the service until 11 we had 30 people so it would be two trips back and forth. Half of the wedding was waiting and the first group got back to the hotel at 10:05. He was arguing that he didn’t have to go back to get the rest of the folks. Really? That literally makes no sense. I read great reviews by others and was excited to use their service, but this was awful. Hope for the best for future customers.
